Lucy & her team at C&W have been fantastic.
We had the property advertised with another local agent (P&B)for whom selling our property felt like a chore and made us feel like they were doing us a favour.
The C&W app is easy to use and was updated the next working morning after a viewing so we had no chasing and knew exactly what was being said by potential buyers.
When we accepted an offer Sophie kept us updated through the whole process and chased solicitors on both sides to ensure a speedy completion.
I would not hesitate to use them again and strongly recommend.

We recently used Cubitt and West for the purchase of our house. Cubitt and West were great at listening to what we wanted from a house and were able to find us plenty of properties that met our needs. Katerina was great at staying in touch and keeping us updated not only on new properties that were being launched but on the progress of our purchase once we had found our house. Katerina really showed she cared about us and it felt likely she genuinely wanted to help us find our dream house. Thank you Katerina and team!

My husband and I are first time buyers and visited the Rustington branch several weeks ago to introduce ourselves and get added to the system. We were welcomed by Ellie who was absolutely lovely. She sat us down and made time to talk through with us exactly what we were looking for. Once she had taken note of our details, she put us in touch with a brilliant mortgage advisor (very experienced in first time buyers), and finally booked us in for a couple of viewings. This was just the start of an incredible service! Within days, Ellie began proactively updating us on properties that she felt would suit our needs - these were personable emails based on specific preferences discussed initially and real thought had been put into the selection provided to us. I want to state here that no other estate agent we have signed up to across Sussex (and there has been many!) has offered this level of service or commitment. Always speedy with her responses, Ellie has been such a delight to communicate with. Whilst we have fallen in love with a house marketed by a different estate agent, we just had to leave a review about the Cubitt and West branch because our expectations were far exceeded which has added so much excitement to our first time buying journey. Ellie, you are an absolute asset to Cubitt and West, and in the future we know where we will be going for property sale and purchase. Thank you again so much - Martine and Ryan
