Chris at the shanklin office was excellent- helpful , informative and professional as well as enthusiastic…their walk around video tour is a superb sales tool and looks superior to a standard video tour that others offer and their personalised activity portal is also a useful feature - overall highly recommended

Faultless service from Jayde…. Needed help on getting accurate valuations of a few properties.
Jayde gave me realistic values supported with comparable properties she had sold giving me confidence that what she was saying was correct.
Made a clear plan from initial marketing to handing over the keys so I knew every step of the way where we were on the sales without having to ask.

Keen enthusiastic and friendly staff badly let down by corporate rules and an inflexible IT/software setup which did not enable them to present the property as we wanted.
They did get viewings but not many of them were suited to the property age or needs wise.
We also didn't like the hard sell 'upgrade' charges they tried to foist on us at the point of signing up, or the never before heard of extortionate 'uplift' commission for a sale over the asking price which was not pointed out to me, and I got them to cancel. Very corporate and money grubbing. - not the fault of the lovely staff.

I was with another Agent in Wallington who were absolutely useless, i moved to Cubitt and West after my contract ended. I sold my property in Wallington through them during a difficult period due to the economy and interest rates continually rising. I had bought a new build and had to wait a long time for it to be built, Nigel and the team were exceptional throughout, always returned my phone calls and assisted with any issues during the process, great customer service , woukd definitely recommend C&W, thank you for all your help.
