Cherry-Lee and Sian in sales have been very helpful every step of the way. We had a surge of viewings when the property was first listed on Rightmove. I’d get a text every time a viewing was arranged. My text messages were very busy! If I was in town I’d call into the office and they’d recognise me and knew the latest update on the property and advised me of any queries I may have had. The whole process of selling a property was made easier because of their excellent communication skills not just with me, but with the buyer and the solicitors. They are happy and positive. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you ??????

As a letting management they are pretty poor. We let out our property and leave to them to do a yearly inspection, they decided to carry out the inspection 4 months after tenant moved in, but as they manage my property they didn't realize that the garden area was separate from the house , so they didn't inspect it , but as we specified it is important that the tenant keeps on top of the upkeep of the garden area, so now they want to charge me for a inspection of the garden area. UNBELIEVABLE

This wasn’t an easy process because the market was down, Article 4 didn’t help either, so it took a long time to sell and we weren’t living in the area any more. The BA team were very friendly and helpful, they kept the keys for us and were available whenever we needed them. They checked our meters for us and generally were helpful whenever we had a request of them. The sale process moved along without any major difficulties. We would recommend BA. Special shout out to Joanna and Vicky.

Joanna and her team were absolutely fantastic during the whole process of assisting us in purchasing her client’s property. We got star treatment even though we weren’t her clients! Beresford Adams helped to sell our late grandparents property after the sale fell through a few times with another estate agent. BA were extremely professional and got straight down to business. Valuation was conducted, quickly followed by producing a brochure and added to their website. Our property received plenty of viewings, but importantly BA followed a process of ensuring only suitable people viewed (i.e. those already in a position to proceed, mortgages in principles etc).
More specifically, our main interactions were with an employee named Jesse. She was outstanding. Always helpful and chased up matters when needed or asked. We encountered a few problems with our buyers (who were poor in communicating) but Jess did an exceptional job in getting updates in a timely and efficient manner. Jesse manged to help sort out house sale where other estate agents had failed previously. BA/JA also managed to attain a very fair sale price for the property. Jess was quick to reply to email correspondence. I would also say Jesse went above and beyond my expectations to achieve the sale. When Jess was out of office or on leave, other members of staff stepped in and were extremely helpful too! This ensured you alwys had a point of contact. BA were also effective in liaising with solicitors if/when matter needed resolving. I would not hesitate again in using BA for selling my property, and in particular we would request that Jesse was the lead member of staff for our property.

From first contacting them to arrange a valuation on our house in Abersoch, to the final completion of the sale, Vanessa, Martin and Stacey were hugely supportive. Their communication was excellent, they provided advice and guidance when needed, and were always available to deal with queries. They worked as a team and were instrumental in steering us through a sometimes challenging process to achieve the outcome we were looking for. I would have no hesitation in using their services in the future and would highly recommend others to do so.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From our first phone call with Lesley - she was honest and up front and sorted us a viewing over the festive period really quickly!
Our initial viewing with Alex was brilliant. He was very down to earth and a pleasure to deal with.
We were then able to make multiple visits easily and every time felt very comfortable.
Communication was great.
We have been looking for a home for nearly a year so thank you!
