I cannot recommend Sarah highly enough! Securing a flat can be a daunting process, but Sarah was an absolute lifesaver from start to finish. She was incredibly proactive, always available to answer my countless questions, and provided invaluable support every step of the way, from the initial viewing to the final paperwork. We didn't have a clue as to selling my father in laws house so I popped in to the Chester branch and spoke to Kate who was very pleasant and helpful and she arranged a valuation with Kevin for a couple of days time.<br>Kevin confirmed on the day that he would meet me at the property at the given time and rang around half an hour before to say he was on his way. When he arrived, he was very professional and very informative as to the different ways we could sell the property. We decided on the 'Modern Method of Selling' (i think that's what it's called) and from going on the market it had sold within 3 weeks.<br>Kate and Louise at the branch kept us informed of viewings and feedback regularly and helped us with a lot of the legal paperwork which was a great help.<br>We would highly recommend using Beresford Adams if you are selling a property.

From first contacting them to arrange a valuation on our house in Abersoch, to the final completion of the sale, Vanessa, Martin and Stacey were hugely supportive. Their communication was excellent, they provided advice and guidance when needed, and were always available to deal with queries. They worked as a team and were instrumental in steering us through a sometimes challenging process to achieve the outcome we were looking for. I would have no hesitation in using their services in the future and would highly recommend others to do so.

Lovely team, respectful and responsive. But I still lament the fact that a house I had an offer accepted & nearly purchased was last minute flagged up as a grade 2 listed building near to completion by my solicitor… which had no CADW approval for the major renovations. Surprise and shock for someone none the wiser. The listed status should have been on the initial adverts from Beresford but it wasn't. It cost me nearly £700 for the survey alone plus solicitors fees to showcase the issue. Resulted in a very expensive + time wasting situation on my part, which was horrendous. Blame afterwards was placed by Beresford to the owner for not advising them ahead. Just my experience to share, as it could have been an even more expensive and a legal mess had my solicitor not caught it. Painful, expensive and should have been flagged up…

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From our first phone call with Lesley - she was honest and up front and sorted us a viewing over the festive period really quickly!
Our initial viewing with Alex was brilliant. He was very down to earth and a pleasure to deal with.
We were then able to make multiple visits easily and every time felt very comfortable.
Communication was great.
We have been looking for a home for nearly a year so thank you!

Cherry-Lee and Sian in sales have been very helpful every step of the way. We had a surge of viewings when the property was first listed on Rightmove. I’d get a text every time a viewing was arranged. My text messages were very busy! If I was in town I’d call into the office and they’d recognise me and knew the latest update on the property and advised me of any queries I may have had. The whole process of selling a property was made easier because of their excellent communication skills not just with me, but with the buyer and the solicitors. They are happy and positive. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you ??????
