We didn't have a clue as to selling my father in laws house so I popped in to the Chester branch and spoke to Kate who was very pleasant and helpful and she arranged a valuation with Kevin for a couple of days time.<br>Kevin confirmed on the day that he would meet me at the property at the given time and rang around half an hour before to say he was on his way. When he arrived, he was very professional and very informative as to the different ways we could sell the property. We decided on the 'Modern Method of Selling' (i think that's what it's called) and from going on the market it had sold within 3 weeks.<br>Kate and Louise at the branch kept us informed of viewings and feedback regularly and helped us with a lot of the legal paperwork which was a great help.<br>We would highly recommend using Beresford Adams if you are selling a property.
