We have recently bought our first rented house from bridges and initially we were not very positive about choosing any agency as we've heard that they have lengthy process, because we wanted to move within a week. However, as soon as we confirmed our house, they proved us wrong by making process really smooth and quick. we are really satisfied with their service, specially our property manager Cody, we really appreciate your support and kindness, Thank you. The sales team at bridges were excellent and very efficient in assisting me with the purchase of my home. None of the usual pressure on buyers to "prove" their credibility before a first viewing, which was very refreshing and built trust quickly. My offer was quickly delivered to the seller with no fuss. When my offer was accepted, Kathy in particular was very dedicated and went above and beyond to keep me updated every step of the way, and kept prompting the right people to get things over the finish line. They did what they said they would do. A few teething problems at the start, but once these were ironed out, they have absolutely delivered in selling our house at asking price no less. I would highly recommend Bridges estate agents whether, buying, selling or renting.
