We had an excellent experience with Carter Jonas in Summertown, both as buyers and sellers. In 2025, we purchased our home through them and were very impressed with the experience. Ian Cattle managed the sale and was thoroughly professional and knowledgeable. He struck the perfect balance between presenting the house in a positive light while remaining honest and transparent.
Because of that experience, we chose Carter Jonas to sell our own home, and Ian was brilliant. He took the time to really understand the property and the local area, and his proactive approach meant we secured a buyer quickly and smoothly.

I am a first time renter here in UK. I move from Belgium to UK last summer and I found my current house via Carter Jonas and I could not be more surprised with how supportive the members of this company are especially Anton Frost ,Lauren Howse , Leisa Jacson, Megan Roots and Eleanor Penney who I am extremely grateful for as they have been there for me constantly to answer any questions or queries I have no matter how small or silly.
