Very professional and quick to respond to my queries

Let's start with the initial communication, which was lacking. David confirmed the viewing, but Alessando also offered to show me another property on the same day without coordinating with David. This lack of communication led to a chaotic situation when we arrived, with the office scrambling to accommodate us. The receptionist, without even asking for our names or how we were doing, blamed me for the booking mix-up. The "larger than usual" garden turned out to be just a patio, which we pointed out. Instead of addressing our concerns, she became visibly angry, slammed the brochure on the table, rolled her eyes, and criticized us for being honest. She then abruptly told us to view the flat on our own. We politely informed her that we were leaving and that her behaviour was extremely unprofessional.

I have both purchased and sold four properties through Chase Buchanan and until very recently also rented a flat via their services.
Since 1996 I have called upon their knowledge and expertise and at no time been disappointed.
I have dealt with the Twickenham, Hampton Hill and Teddington offices and have always found them helpful, professional, courteous , but also retaining a sense of both calmness and humour throughout what is often a stressful time .
Only once did I use local "competitor" and soon regretted it.
Chase Buchanan offer an excellent and well informed service.

Chase Buchanam from Richmond a highly dynamic team, who is always on the ball. We had a great experience from the moment we expressed interest in the rent property, all the way to completion. During the view of the apartment, Ayesha Uddin told us everything very professionally.
