The whole team at Chase Buchanan St Margaret’s have been super helpful. The caliber of property they manage is no surprise to me considering their level of expertise.
We dealt primarily with Ayesha who went above and beyond to help us secure our rental. She was super patient with my busy schedule and was immediately on hand with any issues we faced throughout the letting process.

We rented our property through Chase Buchanan. Joel was amazing from beginning to end. We had specific requirements about location and layout and what he was offering us always was spot-on. In a fairly quiet market, he managed to find the right place for us, engage us early, and was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. Absolutely recommended!
