I was very pleased how the sale was conducted and r speed with which the sale was completed. Ryan, Julie and Lesley could not have a done more to help as I was selling from afar ( Aberdeen ). The solicitor which you suggested was also excellent.

Chris, Ghelia and the team were fantastic. This was the first time I had put a property on the market, and they took their time explaining the process to me. Made me feel at ease and listened to any concerns I had. They were also honest and transparent with how much I could sell my home for, and believed it would sell for the price I had in mind and would sell well, which is what you want when putting your home on the market. The process was easy and smooth. I would 100% use them in the future!

Everything was explained plainly about costs and procedures etc. i had no concerns about the whole process and I could leave it in their hands without having to concern myself about anything. All staff I engaged with were friendly and professional, answering questions about the whole process. My experience has been completely positive and I would have no reservations about recommending them to others.
