I have just gone through the process of finding a new tenant with Countrywide (second one). Carina and Kellie were the letting negotiators working on our account. The whole process has been really smooth, and the new tenants are already in! They handled everything from photographing and listing the property to viewings and contracting. I would highly recommend this team for any landlord.

Kieren was professional, friendly and helpful from start to finish, making the whole buying process feel much easier and less stressful.<br><br>Communication was always clear, and I really appreciated how approachable and supportive he was whenever I needed assistance or had questions.<br><br>I’m very happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend Kieren and the Countrywide Glasgow team to anyone buying or selling a property. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgable and friendly, whilst putting us at ease and informing us really well! Very disappointing experience with Countrywide Glasgow. I booked a viewing a week in advance, did not pursue other properties, and the appointment was reconfirmed on the same day.<br>I took time off work and travelled a long distance to view the property, only to be told on arrival that the property had already been let. When I called, I was simply told, “Sorry,” but what about my time waste, travel costs and inconvenience? Unfortunately, I would never use Countrywide again and would not recommend them.

5 stars honestly isn’t enough. If I could give a higher rating, I definitely would.<br><br>The fees they charge are more than fair for the service they provide. They sold my property incredibly quickly, helped me achieve the best possible price, and supported me throughout the entire selling process.<br><br>What really stands out about Countrywide is their customer service. Every member of the team was kind, professional, efficient, and always willing to help. As someone with a disability, I especially appreciated how supportive, patient, and understanding they were. They made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier.<br><br>I would like to sincerely thank everyone who was involved in the sale of my flat. Please pass on my gratitude to the whole team. I am so happy that I chose Countrywide, and I would absolutely use them again if I ever need to buy or sell a property in the future.<br><br>If you’re thinking about choosing an estate agent, don’t hesitate. Choose Countrywide. I highly recommend them.

Everything was explained plainly about costs and procedures etc. i had no concerns about the whole process and I could leave it in their hands without having to concern myself about anything. All staff I engaged with were friendly and professional, answering questions about the whole process. My experience has been completely positive and I would have no reservations about recommending them to others.
