I have recently used Nicole and team at country wide Hamilton to sell our house. I had the best experience from<br>Start to finish and I can’t thank you all enough. Nicole came highly recommended so it was an easy decision when speaking to Nicole that I trusted Countrywide as our estate agent. 2 weeks from being on market we have accepted an offer and the whole process has been so smooth. I purchased my second property through this lovely company and it has been amazing dealing with the staff especially Arran he is really helpful and takes his time trying to find the perfect deal for me even after lots of changes as I come across new things that make me adjust my mortgage deal slightly .. it has been really nice working with the team

5 stars honestly isn’t enough. If I could give a higher rating, I definitely would.<br><br>The fees they charge are more than fair for the service they provide. They sold my property incredibly quickly, helped me achieve the best possible price, and supported me throughout the entire selling process.<br><br>What really stands out about Countrywide is their customer service. Every member of the team was kind, professional, efficient, and always willing to help. As someone with a disability, I especially appreciated how supportive, patient, and understanding they were. They made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier.<br><br>I would like to sincerely thank everyone who was involved in the sale of my flat. Please pass on my gratitude to the whole team. I am so happy that I chose Countrywide, and I would absolutely use them again if I ever need to buy or sell a property in the future.<br><br>If you’re thinking about choosing an estate agent, don’t hesitate. Countrywide couldn’t have been more helpful in helping me sell my flat a couple of months ago. They kept me informed on when I had offers in etc. can’t recommend them enough. All staff were fantastic.

Everything was explained plainly about costs and procedures etc. i had no concerns about the whole process and I could leave it in their hands without having to concern myself about anything. All staff I engaged with were friendly and professional, answering questions about the whole process. My experience has been completely positive and I would have no reservations about recommending them to others.
