We’d previously thought we’d receive good service and communication for selling our property but in actual fact, being able to get hold of anyone from the team is near impossible. I could name names but quite frankly, it seems it’s across the board and I don’t believe in personal public shaming.
We started off having a great evaluation and transparent/ no BS conversation about pricing. Within a week, we fortunately got an offer off-market which we accepted. However, whenever we asked for an update on progress from the buyer we often found ourselves ghosted. Then, out of the blue after 6 weeks, we received an email (not call!) telling us the buyer was offering elsewhere. Obviously frustrating but not the agents fault. We then went on the market officially and after two viewings have been told to reduce the price - bear in mind we’ve been on the market for 3 weeks. And whenever we try and call to speak to someone or email no one responses. It often is 5-7 days between correspondence. And when we asked if we could talk talk - we were told the agent had a viewing and they’d call on Monday. I’ll believe that when pigs fly..
It seems that only way that we will hear anything is from leaving a Google review - so I’ll await 5-7 days for a response to this!

I have recently had a great experience with Max while searching for a rental property. I didn’t like the fact Dexters don’t confirm appointments at least day before. Also very poor knowledge and looking very unexperienced sales agents guiding the buyers

Pleasant team who keep us up to date regularly with what has gone on with our sale. They have sold our property twice but we had nowhere to move to, so lost our buyers. Not Dexters fault.

If you want to waste your time and not get any feedback, use Dexters. In almost 20 weeks of being listed with them, we got feedback only a handful of times, and only after chasing. Many emails left ignored, including to the branch manager. Just terrible communication overall so would not recommend.
