Jodie and her team were fantastic throughout the sale of our flat in Tufnell Park. The communication was concise and clear at all times and we felt they really worked hard to get as many viewings as possible to enhance the chances of a sale. this is a review about a certain young lady called

i recently had some concerns about my tenancy ,
i went into the office to speak to a member of staff for
reassurance on the matter , this young lady was so helpful , she didn't treat you as a number , she listened , explained the situation in detail , assured me
not to be concerned , she gave sound advice .
i went away happy with the chat.

I want to say big thank you to Hendon Dexter agent miss Aleksandra who is patient staff and answers my questions in detail. Even if she is busy, she will find colleagues to reply to me. She will reply to my application progress, which will reassure customers and allow me to introduce them to my friends.

Pleasant team who keep us up to date regularly with what has gone on with our sale. They have sold our property twice but we had nowhere to move to, so lost our buyers. Not Dexters fault.

If you want to waste your time and not get any feedback, use Dexters. In almost 20 weeks of being listed with them, we got feedback only a handful of times, and only after chasing. Many emails left ignored, including to the branch manager. Just terrible communication overall so would not recommend.
