I have been living in London since 1994 and have bought several properties over the years. I have been in contact with many estate agents whilst going up the property ladder. And I must say that Jessica Moreton has struck me by her professionalism, out passing all expectations and beyond. Jessica Moreton from Douglas and Gordon has carefully listened to my demands, shown me the right property, been incredibly diligent, always smiling and providing accurate answers, always going the extra mile to check on those nitty gritty aspects I had a question for, quick in coming back to me and providing all support and even more during the lengthy and stressful process of purchase. I felt serene at all stages, and even after completion she has offered extra help to accommodate my situation. I can only vividly recommend Jessica as the perfect, even ideal, intermediate when one decides to either buy or sell a property.

Rob was absolutely incredible in assisting with my purchase.
He was available at short notice to respond to my queries and chased up at each possible occasion the issues that arised over the course of the conveyancing. His service went above and beyond what I've previously experienced in property and am exceedingly grateful for all his diligence.
I would highly recommend his services.

Tom Yeomanson was amazing throughout the whole process. He really took the time to understand the property and price it just right, and immediately had buyers in mind who would be interested. We had a rocky time with solicitors on both sides and Tom acted as an invaluable go-between, keeping the wheels turning and keeping all parties informed - making things far less painful than they might otherwise have been!

What can I say? Great service and great focus, worked with Eva to find the house of my parents dreams. Thanks for all you did Eva, you made my elderly parents very happy. They've got a lovely 4 bed to grow old in, and I can't wait to inherit it. I'll definitely return the next time I need real estate assistance. Mega.

Found Shash very professional and loved the staging of the photos for the sale of my property.
