We had a great experience working with Allan Wegeland as our property advisor. From start to finish, he was incredibly attentive, professional, and always available for one-on-one follow-up whenever needed.
What really stood out was how well he balanced the relationship between us as buyers and his client, the seller, ensuring the process remained smooth, fair, and transparent throughout. Allan constantly checked in on the progress of the mortgage process and stayed in direct contact with the mortgage brokers, solicitors, building manager, and everyone else involved, which made the entire experience far less stressful for us.
He is highly organised, proactive, and genuinely pleasant to work with. Friendly, reliable, and committed every step of the way — we would happily recommend Allan to anyone looking for a dedicated and trustworthy property advisor.

Tom was extremely knowledgable about the property and the Balham area. And was very professional when sharing information about the owners and reasons they were selling. He was very prompt in responding to us and co-ordinated repeated access to the property for us and our specialist surveyors and contractors.
This is the third time I have bought a residential property (also sold two) and Tom was the most helpful property agent I have dealt with, at no time pressurising us to make a hasty decision.
The purchase process progressed quickly, thanks to his involvement, we had completed and moved in within 4 months of making an offer.

What can I say? Great service and great focus, worked with Eva to find the house of my parents dreams. Thanks for all you did Eva, you made my elderly parents very happy. I was looking for a realtor in London who was organised, efficient, proactive, understood the market, and would genuinely work around my needs. Shash came highly recommended by a friend, and I’ve been very happy with her service. She showed me a selection of her own listings with Douglas & Gordon?, as well as properties listed through other agents within her network. The flat we found was exactly what I had been looking for.
I am now back on the market for a London pied-à-terre and look forward to working with Shash again, as she is exactly the kind of realtor I was hoping to find.
