We're so pleased we worked with Tom to sell our flat in Balham. Having someone with his experience manage the sale end to end was of huge value. He was always on hand to deal with any queries or issues and made the whole process as seamless as possible. I'm not sure our sale would have gone through without him and I wouldn't consider a different agent if trying to sell in the area!

After our previous sale fell through, finding our London home and keeping the purchase moving efficiently was really important to us.<br><br>Shash was great from start to finish. She was always easy to get hold of, and having direct communication over WhatsApp made everything so much easier and quicker. She knows the local area really well and was always on hand to answer questions or sort out any issues with the vendor.<br><br>Thanks to her proactive approach, the whole process moved along smoothly and much faster than we expected.
