I was told I could not view the flat unless I first spoke with their mortgage broker. This appears to be conditional selling, which is not appropriate practice. Disappointing experience with the agent.

I was putting my house on the market and was visited by Elliott from the Denton Branch to value the property . On Thursday my house was on the market complete with pictures. From the moment I met Elliot I was at ease he was very professional , friendly , respectful and helpful. He is a true asset to your company. On Tuesday 10th I was phoned by him to say I had an offer for my house. He was very helpful in explaining the next stages . I am looking to purchase a bungalow Elliott explained what they are going to do to help me find one. I would like to thank him for all his help and assistance.

Huge thanks to Josh who has been absolutely brilliant in our search and helping secure the offer on our soon-to-be new home. From start to finish we have felt supported, informed and professionally guided. Nothing has been too much trouble, with an honest and reliable approach throughout.
