Natalie Jenkins dealt with my the successful sale of my property. I found her to be polite, professional and approachable, she always kept me updated and returned my phone calls. At one point the sale was dragging on and I had become frustrated/impatient and wanted to search for new buyers. Natalie dealt with me professionally advised that I be patient and I let her complete the sale which she did !

I sold my property through Edward Mellor and Natalie was a huge help in coordinating between the buyer and their solicitor to really push for progress and help the whole process move forward. She was always quick to respond and eager to support in any way so that all parties were aligned and satisfied. Highly recommend Edward Mellor and especially Natalie for all her support in our completion.

The sale of my property was a very complicated process taking 7 and a half months. I can honestly say that out of all the people involved in this Tracey was key in providing me with the really helpful support which made a huge difference and most importantly made the sale of my property possible. It is unusual for me to leave reviews but without doubt if I had not had her knowledgeable, professionalism and really effective guidance throughout the process the sale would not have completed. Sent a web request for information on a property for sale. They sent me an email saying they tried to call me and for me to call them. Unfortunately I use my phone for texts and emails as I have a communication disability so phoning isn’t a possibility. It’s a shame that society is so ableist. I sent a web request for a reason... for information. I only need this information provided. I don’t need a verbal conversation about it. Is this for information to be gathered about me?? You could potentially have stopped a clients sale here as well as just made your properties inaccessible to me.
