Cannot praise Jo enough. From her initial appointment she was warm friendly and professional. She took the time to produce a lovely description of my house rather than the generic jargon used and James took some wonderful photos. I was kept upto date all the time and she sold my house for me in just over a week. Very happy ??????

Adrian has been with us throughout what turned out to be a really long and complicated process - and I mean really long! He sold our flat quickly, but when our first buyer fell through due to mortgage issues, Adrian helped us pivot to the auction route, explained how it all worked and guided us through our options. Even now, after the sale, he's still helping to coordinate logistics with our buyer which has been genuinely appreciated. It's been a rocky road at times but Adrian has been a consistent, supportive presence throughout. Thank you so much Adrian :)

Paul Gammage visited us in Yeovil last year when we were considering moving. We had been extending and refurbishing our house over the last few years and wondered what our house might be worth and we discussed our plans for the house to make it market ready. Due to unforeseen health issues we needed to find someone who could decorate and finish various elements of the refurbishment. Paul had no hesitation in recommending Jay D Renovations, based in Yeovil, who completely transformed the first floor of our house and have since returned to revamp the outside. We are so pleased with Paul's recommendation and the subsequent work done by Jay D Renovations that we have decided to stay put for a while and enjoy the house that has now become a home.

We couldn’t have asked for a better person to handle the sale of our home. From start to finish Paul went above and beyond in every aspect of the process. Paul’s professionalism, knowledge and dedication were evident throughout, but what truly stood out was his constant availability and willingness to help.
No matter the time or question Paul was always at the other end of the phone ready to offer guidance and reassurance. Paul made the whole experience feel smooth and manageable even when things got a bit too much!

I wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates.
Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings.
Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
