After a series of house sales that had fallen through from other agents and the disappointment that brings, Callum and Seb at Fox & Sons went over and above to help us find that perfect home. Seb was our initial point of contact who showed us through the home and was attentive and asked us lots of questions to ensure the home was the right fit. A real asset to the business. Callum navigated the process of offer and acceptance with great professionalism and communication was fast, clear and precise. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience viewing flats today. The agent, Scarlett, was very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable on the properties. It was especially good given Fox and Sons would be managing the let, knowing that their agent is so approachable. Gave me plenty of confidence as a potential renter. I would recommend.

Unprofessional. I attempted to call multiple times including left voice message for a call back and did not receive any. Had to try multiple times before getting through. Agent on the line was patronizing.

We honestly can't thank Ryan at Fox & Sons Burgess Hill enough for everything he did throughout our house move.<br><br>What should have been a straightforward sale and purchase turned into an incredibly long and stressful process, with mortgage issues, delays and complications further down the chain. There were numerous points where we genuinely thought the whole thing was going to fall apart.<br><br>Throughout all of it, Ryan was absolutely brilliant. He kept in constant communication with us, chased the chain relentlessly, kept us updated whenever there was even the smallest bit of news and was always there to answer our questions. Even when things were completely outside of his control, he never stopped pushing and reassuring us.<br><br>There were so many moments when we thought we'd never get there, but Ryan kept fighting our corner and doing everything he could to keep things moving. Having someone who was so involved and proactive made a huge difference during what was an incredibly stressful few months.<br><br>Jade was also fantastic and we really appreciate everything she did, but a special mention has to go to Ryan for the amount of time, effort and communication he personally put into getting us over the line.<br><br>After months of waiting, worrying and wondering whether it would actually happen, we finally exchanged and completed on our new home!<br><br>We genuinely couldn't have asked for more from Ryan and the team at Fox & Sons Burgess Hill. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ryan to anyone selling or buying a property.<br><br>Thank you again, Ryan, we finally got there!

Without doubt, this has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had.<br><br>Although they may have eventually found a buyer for our property, that is where the positives end. Throughout the sale we experienced repeated problems, poor communication and an astonishing lack of professionalism.<br><br>The most serious issue was that our property was left unlocked on multiple occasions after viewings. Leaving a customer's home unsecured is completely unacceptable, and the fact it happened more than once demonstrates a serious lack of care and attention.<br><br>What was even more disappointing was the response when these issues were raised. Rather than taking ownership or showing any genuine concern, there was no accountability whatsoever. Ben, the manager, simply pointed me towards the complaints process and said someone would contact me to apologise. That apology never came. Promises were repeatedly made and not followed through.<br><br>The only person who deserves any recognition is Zoe in the office. She was courteous, professional and genuinely tried to help. Unfortunately, she was let down by the wider management and overall level of service.<br><br>For comparison, we purchased our new home through Mansell McTaggart, and the difference was night and day. They were proactive, professional, communicative and treated us like valued customers from start to finish.<br><br>Buying and selling a home is one of the biggest financial transactions most people will ever make. You expect your estate agent to be trustworthy, organised and accountable. Sadly, our experience was the complete opposite. The lack of communication, failure to accept responsibility and disregard for the security of our home have left us extremely disappointed.<br><br>I would never use this company again, and based on our experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before instructing them.

A Fantastic Team Who Made Selling Our Home So Much Easier<br><br>We would like to say a huge thank you to Ben, Ed and the entire team at Fox & Sons, Kemptown Branch, for everything they have done to support us through the sale of our home.<br><br>The whole team have been absolutely amazing from start to finish, and we genuinely cannot thank them enough for all their hard work, professionalism and commitment throughout the process.<br><br>Selling a home can be stressful, emotional and, at times, unpredictable, but Ben, Ed and the team did everything they could to make the experience as smooth and straightforward as possible. They kept us informed, responded to our questions and worked incredibly hard behind the scenes to keep everything moving.<br><br>What stood out most was how approachable, friendly and supportive everyone was. We always felt that our sale mattered to them and that they were genuinely invested in helping us achieve the best possible outcome. Their communication, knowledge and determination made a real difference, particularly during the more challenging moments.<br><br>Having seen some slightly negative reviews recently, we felt it was only right to share the great experience we have had with Fox & Sons, Kemptown. Our experience has been overwhelmingly positive, and we have been extremely impressed by the care and effort shown by the entire team.<br><br>Ben and Ed, thank you for all your hard work, patience and support. Please also pass on our thanks to the rest of the team, who have all played an important part in helping us sell our home.<br><br>You have all been fantastic, and we would not hesitate to recommend Fox & Sons, Kemptown Branch to anyone looking to sell their property.
