This is the worst lettings company I have ever dealt with. I have been in the property business for many years and this company decided to collect rent when they were no longer instructed and it's taken me over 20 emails and 40 phone calls to chase £700 of rent which I still haven't received in full in over 7 weeks. Do not use Fox & Sons. Taila from the lettings department is difficult to get hold off and you need to chase 3-4 times to get a single response.

6 weeks after I cancelled their contract, the listing was still up despite numerous requests to take it down and they were still ringing me for viewings. Also their percentage was way higher than the other agents and on a fixed percentage too.

Thanks to Natasha Lloyd and foxsandsons helping me so much gave me gift baskets helped with my online forms making sure I filled in correctly they also made sure the property was correct safe and tenancy was correct with deposit all set up properly I’m really happy and excited to be in my new home.
Was so welcoming and supportive! Recommend to anyone

Great service. Initially shown a flat by Kyle who works on the team, who also set up another viewing immediately as my circumstances required it. All interaction with Oakley and Corinne were transparent, to the point and I feel all my questions were answered succinctly and professionally.

For the second time now Fox's in Waterlooville have in autumn
2023 helped achieve a most successful sale and purchase for me. I'm so grateful to Kieran, Aaron, Mandy, Olivia and especially main contact John Leach for their professional, supportive and cheerful conduct through an at times challenging and lengthy process due to the uncertain housing market last year.
