Rebecca Lee at the Heathfield office and the rest of the team worked so hard to get us into our new home as quickly as possible and have been so helpful ever since with questions, queries and getting things sorted. We recently exchanged contracts on a property purchased through the Freeman Foreman Tunbridge Wells branch. This was a long, protracted process that took nearly two years to complete. Fiona Berg was our main contact throughout, and she was incredibly patient over the months, keeping us informed whenever there was an update. She consistently went above and beyond, diligently trying to progress the sale despite facing significant communication difficulties with the seller. We highly recommend Fiona and the Freeman Foreman team for their diligence and exceptional professionalism throughout this process

Update (2026):<br><br>Seven years after buying our first home through Freeman Foreman, we decided to sell. We invited them back to value our home alongside other local agents, and they were the clear choice.<br><br>Stuart was experienced, honest, friendly and personable from the outset. Erin was our main point of contact throughout the sale and she was absolutely fantastic. She was always easy to reach, kept us updated after every viewing, communicated brilliantly with our buyers, and genuinely went above and beyond to keep everything moving. Both Stuart and Erin are genuinely lovely people and an absolute pleasure to deal with.<br><br>The only slight downside was the recommended Countrywide conveyancers, but Erin regularly stepped in to chase updates and keep everything on track.<br><br>Freeman Foreman have now helped us both buy and sell the same home, seven years apart, and they've been consistently honest, supportive and professional throughout.
