Goadsby have been easily the best estate agent that we have had dealings with. The team are friendly, efficient, professional but in particular, they do what they say they will do and are always on top of things. They don't need chasing and are always available to help with any concerns. Most of our dealings have been with Rob Ward however Reece and James Deville have been on hand as well. From probate valuation to the marketing process and subsequent sale negotiations, their advice and strategy have been first class. Ours has been a difficult sale but throughout their clear thinking, judgement, information and updating have been excellent. I would recommend Goadsby 100%

Recently purchased a house sold by Goadsby (Wimborne branch). The level of service and support provided was exceptional. Specific call out to Rebecca who was brilliant, and key to getting over the line. Thank you to the rest of the team who also all at one time no doubt spoke with me and were also on hand!

As a first-time buyer, I couldn't have asked for a better experience than the one I had with Goadsby Verwood. From start to finish, the team made what could have been a daunting process feel manageable and even enjoyable.<br><br>It started with the viewing agent, who was knowledgeable, well-prepared, and happy to answer all the questions I threw at her. The branch manager was equally fantastic, offering great advice and endless patience with an impatient, clueless first-time buyer (that was me!).<br><br>I would absolutely, without a doubt, buy a house through this branch again, and would especially recommend the people who helped me get to this stage. Thank you to the whole team for making my first home purchase such a positive one.

We saw a property we liked in ferndown and offered. Our offer was not accepted outright without giving us a chance to rethink the offer like the other agents did.emails back and forth no use. Saw the property had gone for a mere £1000 above our offer.
The agent who showed us the property had already decided it was not to be given to us for some strange reason so I am not surprised. Also promised to keep their “ear on the ground “ to let us know if any other property came by in that area. Never heard from them again! Probably they have more clients they exclusively like to cater to so didn’t bother to with us.
The property was a lovely one though so happy for whoever got it. But a big thumbs down for this estate agent unless you are one of those kind they wish to cater to.

Dealt with Malcom (Steeden) and Matt in his absence. Malcolm was responsive and showed a keen interest to be involved with the sale. Gave some constructive advice, which we followed and delighted with the results both in terms of the viewing, all undertaken by Goadsby, and the follow-up to these. End result was a sale effected quickly at a price in excess of our expectations. Very pleased with the regular contact and overall experience.
