Goadsby have been easily the best estate agent that we have had dealings with. The team are friendly, efficient, professional but in particular, they do what they say they will do and are always on top of things. They don't need chasing and are always available to help with any concerns. Most of our dealings have been with Rob Ward however Reece and James Deville have been on hand as well. From probate valuation to the marketing process and subsequent sale negotiations, their advice and strategy have been first class. Ours has been a difficult sale but throughout their clear thinking, judgement, information and updating have been excellent. I would recommend Goadsby 100%

Recently purchased a house sold by Goadsby (Wimborne branch). The level of service and support provided was exceptional. As a first-time buyer, I couldn't have asked for a better experience than the one I had with Goadsby Verwood. From start to finish, the team made what could have been a daunting process feel manageable and even enjoyable.<br><br>It started with the viewing agent, who was knowledgeable, well-prepared, and happy to answer all the questions I threw at her. The branch manager was equally fantastic, offering great advice and endless patience with an impatient, clueless first-time buyer (that was me!).<br><br>I would absolutely, without a doubt, buy a house through this branch again, and would especially recommend the people who helped me get to this stage. Thank you to the whole team for making my first home purchase such a positive one.

Andrew Mathys at Goadsby’s Winchester was absolutely top-class. Took the stress out of the process. Very helpful, kept in touch throughout the sale and achieved it quickly and efficiently. Streets above his competitors & would highly recommend (& use him again if he were in my new area!)

I was a tenant in Salisbury from 2019 to 2026. The staff at the Salisbury branch are very friendly and take the time to listen to your concerns.
Whenever I had something that needed fixing they would have it organized in short order.
I have since purchased the property that I was renting with Goadsby acting on behalf of the seller but at the same time went the extra mile to help me to sort my side of things out.
I can confirm that they were easy to deal with and I always felt like they were in my corner which made a big difference.
