The house Lauren showed me around was top of my viewing list so being able to have space and to spend time looking around was very much appreciated. I have, so far, only had limited contact with Lauren as I have only just made my offer on the house but, overall, I am very satisfied.

Communication needs to be improved and relevant staff are difficult to reach or contact during the day. I keep having to ring several times and leave messages for the agent dealing with the sale progress and other information update. I'm not sure if to do with lack of staff?

It was pleasure meeting Dylan on haart Dagenham. He explained everything from day 1 to the end of the process. We met many different mortgage advisor but he was one of the best of best I have met. He was very easy to access he explained each and everything in detailed. You ask and he is always there.
We were hoping that the process will take months but its was very smooth just because of Dylan.
