Xav was fantastic throughout the whole process of finding my apartment in Thames City, Nine Elms. He was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. I had a really smooth and positive experience renting my apartment through JLL, thanks to both Xav Hastings and Joanna. Xav was fantastic from the very beginning — he took the video of the property, was super responsive, and took the time to introduce me through the property clearly. He made the whole initial process feel easy and stress-free, and I really appreciated his friendly and professional approach.<br>Once the paperwork stage came around, Joanna took over seamlessly. She handled all the contracts, payment confirmations, and final steps with great efficiency and attention to detail. She was always quick to respond whenever I had questions, which gave me real peace of mind leading up to move-in day.

I have not moved into my property yet, however the efficiency and professionalism of Alasdair Gordon was outstanding, especially during this COVID period.
