They are quick to take your money and will contact landlord and managent company all smoothly but when you are trying to get your deposit back they point you to the landlord who never replies.

Exceptional service and an overall great experience renting my apartment through JLL.<br><br>Charlie was extremely helpful, kind and professional from day one. He made the whole process feel smooth and reassuring, with clear communication, quick responses and genuine care throughout.
