During late 2025, I engaged JLL for a rental property valuation. George Lamb conducted the assessment and delivered comprehensive market insights, including current rental values, demand levels, and detailed comparable properties that had recently let in the area. His transparent approach and clear explanation of expected rental income gave me confidence in moving forward.
Based on JLL's valuation, we proceeded to market the property. Amelia Hoskin quickly identified a tenant who matched our criteria perfectly. The entire process was streamlined and professional from start to finish, with the final agreed rent matching the guide in price George had recommended in his initial assessment.

Adnan represented the seller during our apartment purchase through JLL, and the experience was excellent. He was consistently professional, highly responsive, and clear in his communication, which made the whole process far smoother than expected.

I have not moved into my property yet, however the efficiency and professionalism of Alasdair Gordon was outstanding, especially during this COVID period.
