I would like to make a special thanks to my agent George Reeves. He’s been communicating well with us, keeping tracks for the process, answering questions promptly. (Sometimes a bit too rush on things and need explain processes a bit more) but overall I had a good experience. Recommended.

I had a really great experience working with Charlie at JLL. He was incredibly professional, responsible and reliable throughout the whole process.<br><br>Charlie was always very responsive and quick to reply to messages, which made everything so much easier and less stressful. He was proactive, attentive to details, and always happy to help whenever we had questions or needed something sorted.<br><br>What I appreciated most was how dependable he was — you always felt that things were being properly taken care of. Excellent service from start to finish! I'd like to give a special shout-out to Charlie, who helped me find and secure my flat in just one week. I'm moving in next Monday. Charlie and his team were incredibly professional, helpful and quick to respond, and there wasn't a single hiccup or delay along the way. I'm so grateful for all their hard work. Highly recommend!

I have not moved into my property yet, however the efficiency and professionalism of Alasdair Gordon was outstanding, especially during this COVID period.
A true gentlemen who knows how to deliver the best customer service experience. Always assured by the how he has handled the viewings and explaining the entire process at each stage.

We had a great experience with Hanan while renting our apartment in Finsbury Park. We were desperate to get everything completed quickly and move into the flat on time, and Hanan was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process.<br><br>She went above and beyond to help us, was always supportive and responsive, and did everything she could to make sure we got the flat on time. We truly appreciate all her hard work and would highly recommend Hanan to anyone looking to rent a property.
