I've bought and sold several properties in my life, but never have I been compelled to write a testimonial for an agent until I worked with Rosie from JLL. Rosie stands out not only for her attentiveness and helpfulness but also for her exceptional blend of intuition and dedication.
I first met Rosie about 2.5 years ago when I wanted to sell my home. She quickly found a buyer, but the deal fell through due to timing issues. Remarkably, two years later, Rosie revived the deal. However, just weeks before completion, the couple buying our home decided to divorce, causing the sale to collapse. Undeterred, Rosie persevered and within weeks secured another buyer with an even better offer.
Throughout the process, Rosie guided us with unwavering support, and I am profoundly grateful for her sincerity and persistence. Agents like Rosie are rare, and I sincerely hope that JLL recognizes and values her exceptional talent. She has a bright future ahead of her and I wish her the very best.

Hanan went above and beyond in helping us. Arranging the viewing was fast and easy, and she was very knowledgeable about the property. Above all else, I felt she really understood that the process of trying to secure a rental property in London is stressful - it was so nice to have someone reliable that you knew you could reach out to throughout the process. Couldn't recommend more.

Review at move out: Sadly, I find myself having to return to what was earlier a good review for this company. However, having moved out 10 days ago and been totally ignored ever since, with no sign of our deposit, I am revising my review to reflect this. The below remains true, it's just a shame this service doesn't exist elsewhere in the company.
We have been attempting to contact JLL throughout the time post move-out, yet we have been totally ignored. I now find myself in a position of financial difficulty if this deposit isn't returned within a reasonable time. We cleaned the apartment and left it in very good order, yet feel we are currently being taken for a ride through hell dealing with this company.
Hanan remains excellent, and has replied to the email I sent to her, although she couldn't handle my request and forwarded it for me. The rest continue to ignore. Awful.
First review (at move-in): Absolutely fantastic service from Hanan & Alessandra. Fantastic customer service, support and very personable people.
