Looking for a new home, I collaborated with the JLL Real Estate for which Mr. George Reeves served me. The same day I called, I made an appointment to see the apartment, in which Mr. Reeves with a smile and friendly service showed me around, he gave me the time I wanted to see everything thoroughly. The next day, my offer followed, which was accepted in 1 day and after the credit check. During this entire time, Mr. Reeves was by my side, helping me and answering every question I had, so that quickly, in less than 3 days, everything was finished.<br>The help you'll have from the real estate agency throughout the entire period from the day you see an apartment until the time the process is completed and the contracts are signed is very important, and JLL but especially Mr. George Reeves were impeccable and I recommend everyone to work with them.

My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting George Lamb in August 2023 whilst searching for an appropriate apartment to rent for ourselves and our two small children. George had initially shown us a 2 bed property but it wasn’t suitable for us and the options for a larger apartment were very limited at the time. However, George was undeterred by this and through his extensive knowledge and experience of local property availability, he was able to somewhat miraculously arrange and accelerate the renovation of a 3 bed apartment that wasn’t even on the market. Throughout proceedings, he was superb, keeping us fully informed on all updates, whilst ensuring all the required background paperwork and formalities were being attended to with a minimum of fuss . Aside from being a genuinely nice guy, George is wonderfully professional and it was his input alone that secured the apartment for us where it didn’t seem possible. We would definitely recommend his services and he is a credit not only to himself but to JLL.

Unprofessional and disrespectful treatment towards tenants. We agreed viewings slots in our apartment with George and asked him several times to ask viewers to take their shoes off. We have a toddler who plays all the time on the floor and try to keep our apartment as clean as possible.<br>We left the apartment for the viewings and when we arrived at the apartment all the carpets were full of stains and shoes marks.<br>Such unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour!
