I had a really smooth and positive experience renting my apartment through JLL, thanks to both Xav Hastings and Joanna. Xav was fantastic from the very beginning — he took the video of the property, was super responsive, and took the time to introduce me through the property clearly. He made the whole initial process feel easy and stress-free, and I really appreciated his friendly and professional approach.<br>Once the paperwork stage came around, Joanna took over seamlessly. She handled all the contracts, payment confirmations, and final steps with great efficiency and attention to detail. She was always quick to respond whenever I had questions, which gave me real peace of mind leading up to move-in day.

They are quick to take your money and will contact landlord and managent company all smoothly but when you are trying to get your deposit back they point you to the landlord who never replies.
