I would like to make a special thanks to my agent George Reeves. He’s been communicating well with us, keeping tracks for the process, answering questions promptly. (Sometimes a bit too rush on things and need explain processes a bit more) but overall I had a good experience. Recommended.

I had a really great experience working with Charlie at JLL. He was incredibly professional, responsible and reliable throughout the whole process.<br><br>Charlie was always very responsive and quick to reply to messages, which made everything so much easier and less stressful. He was proactive, attentive to details, and always happy to help whenever we had questions or needed something sorted.<br><br>What I appreciated most was how dependable he was — you always felt that things were being properly taken care of. He made the whole process smooth and straightforward from start to finish.<br><br>Excellent service and a genuinely great agent to work with. Excellent service from start to finish! I'd like to give a special shout-out to Charlie, who helped me find and secure my flat in just one week. I'm moving in next Monday. Charlie and his team were incredibly professional, helpful and quick to respond, and there wasn't a single hiccup or delay along the way. I'm so grateful for all their hard work. Highly recommend!

They are quick to take your money and will contact landlord and managent company all smoothly but when you are trying to get your deposit back they point you to the landlord who never replies.
