A horrible experience for the whole year that I was a Tennant. Extremely slow to do repairs. Very pro-landlord, and anti-tenant. I once did not have hot water for a whole month, and they didn't do much except keep following up with the landlord who was happily taking advantage. They should have rules for emergency problems but they didn't. They didn't fix my flush issue for two weeks - get this - it was not working THE DAY I MOVED IN. So they clearly had not done a due diligence that was very diligent. Exploitative! So, yeah, try not to take your tenancy from them. There were some nice staff members who tried to help but I think the whole ethos of the company overpowers what one or two staff members can do.... Read more
