Bradley seemed arrogant and quite possibly the worst communicator I’ve ever dealt with, multiple different issues.<br><br>All I would say is good luck if you are planning on buying with this branch, impossible to deal with! I certainly wouldn’t recommend selling through them. You will lose potential buyers.

We would like to give credit and recognition to Is Isaac from the Miller Helston branch.<br>He greeted us upon arrival and throughout our viewing. He presented himself with knowledgeable history on the property and answered all of our questions with confidence. We didn't feel rushed and he listened with interest at our scope for the property and even gave us a few valuble ideas. He was patient with our non understanding of the Modern Method of Auction. He explained it step by step and again answered all our questions with professionalism. We left the viewing with excitement and confidence to proceed further with the property.

While the sales patterns convincing, the experience was incredibly disappointing. The main issue was the lack of feedback after viewings. Perhaps others have had a better experience than myself, and I wish the branch well, but I won’t be using them again.
