Millers Penzance office have been great! Everyone we’ve dealt with have been friendly and efficient. They answer emails and the phone very quickly. I've had such a positive experience with Megan Mankee from the rentals team in the Truro office. She has been incredibly supportive, patience, and helpful throughout my moving process.
I've been in my new rental for a month now, and from the first phone call only a day after putting in my interest to view the property, Meg was ON IT! She was quick to keep me informed, open and honest about the process, requirements and took the time to make sure I felt supported when I needed it, which was dually noted during the naturally tense time of transitioning rentals. I am dyslexic and have a naturally anxious pre-disposition but Meg was so kind, and human! I've had lettings negotiators before who have, unintentionally, left me feeling a nuisance - but Meg, she genuinely seemed to care that I felt in control and understood as much as I needed to be empowered. I can't recommend her enough, and I would personally ask for her again, as well as tell any friends or family who're looking to work with Millers to just go straight to her.
She is reliable, transparent, kind, patient and an all round compassionate, understanding person. She is a true professional, whilst also being personable, which is priceless.
I know I've praised you loads already Meg, and I hope I don't make you feel too bashful by praising you some more, publicly!

Chloe & Eleanor have recently handled the marketing of our property. They have been very professional and have sold our property. Along the way we were provided with lots of updates, both by email and phone calls. We agreed a fixed rate which left no surprises at the end. We also used their solicitors to give us the whole service. In all we were very pleased with the way the whole process went.

I first met Ellie 5 years ago when she sold us a property in St Just and she was as excellent then as she is now.
When I needed a valuation on the property again, we appointed 3 local estate agents; Ellie at Millers being one of them.
Of the 3 estate agents, she was the only one to personally call and follow up on the potential sale.
She offered advice in what turned out to be a buy out situation and remained on hand for any questions or queries. This shows her level of service and care for her clients, going above and beyond.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Ellie and the team at Millers to anyone. Personable, professional, fair and the type of people you want to deal with when selling your home.

While the sales patterns convincing, the experience was incredibly disappointing. The main issue was the lack of feedback after viewings. Perhaps others have had a better experience than myself, and I wish the branch well, but I won’t be using them again.
