Avoid at all cost!
They wasted months of our time, didn’t manage to secure more than one viewing, not even mentioning actual sale.
At the beginning, they made us come to their physical office at multiple occasions to sign documents and provide our ID for ID check. Nothing online, quite an inconvenience.
After that they didn’t bother sending us the contract until we asked for it. They kept swapping agents all the time, the communication throughout was very poor and inconsistent. It felt like they acquired our house and expected it to sell itself and they’d just get their fat commission.
When we finally got sick of the inactive approach, we filed our notice and the contract was to run out on a certain date - meaning the date was a cutoff for them to have our consent to represent our house and advertise it. The day after the cutoff, the property was still for sale online, meaning our current agent couldn’t post the add with fresh pictures. If I hadn’t kicked off, the house would have still been online, under their agency’s name. I naturally complained and they had to cheek to deny their incompetence throughout the whole process.
Now that we have a new agent, it opened our eyes how bad Miller’s service actually was. They priced our property right and within a few hours of the house being online, they managed to secure three viewings already. All the ID checks and agreements are online and fully transparent. They’re extremely proactive and communicate every day, know their clientele very well and are driven to actually complete the purchase. Basically everything Miller’s never did.... Read more
