This was our first time dealing with Miller Countrywide, and it has been such a pleasant experience. We absolutely love our new place, and Bradley made the entire tenancy process incredibly straightforward. He was completely on top of things from day one and a total pleasure to deal with. He kept us updated every step of the way and transparent about what was needed and expected. Everything went perfectly on the day we moved in, and we are just so thankful for how much pressure he took off us. Thank you again ??.

Ellie and her team were fantastic to deal with. The sale of my house was made as smooth as possible. Communication was swift and efficient. The office were never too busy to answer any questions and listened to my concerns throughout. Apportionments were made very proactively and well organised.<br>Tony in the mortage department was also spot on. I felt I got a very competitive deal with rates and the service was 10/10. No hesitation in recommending Miller Penzance’s for anyone looking to sell, buy or let.

He has always been professional, friendly and helpful, and he has listened to my questions and concerns and dealt with them quickly.<br><br>He has made what could have been a stressful process much easier, and I really appreciated how well he communicated and how willing he was to help whenever needed.<br><br>I would highly recommend Miller Countrywide to anyone looking for a reliable and helpful letting agent in the Truro area.

While the sales patterns convincing, the experience was incredibly disappointing. The main issue was the lack of feedback after viewings. Perhaps others have had a better experience than myself, and I wish the branch well, but I won’t be using them again.
