Good home agencies but there was a “financial lady” who was definitely a red flag. 1. I was forced to talk with this lady to meet their “qualifications”. 2. Claim free services but then actually charge mortgage fees on application (no matter successful or not) 3. Pressure sales of very expensive insurances 4. Wouldn’t take no for an answer, unnecessarily worry customers by saying clients could be making mistakes by rejecting their advice or putting children’s future at danger... Read more

We have had an excellent experience with O’Riordan Bond from start to finish, both selling our home and buying our new one. Matthew carried out our valuation and was friendly, professional and gave us confidence from the very beginning. Our main point of contact throughout was Adele, who was absolutely fantastic. She kept us updated every step of the way, was always quick to respond, and worked tirelessly chasing every party in the chain to keep everything moving as smoothly and stress-free as possible. Liam was also incredibly helpful whenever we spoke to him and was always up to date with our progress and answered any queries that we may have had. Thanks to the team’s hard work, our house sold within just a few weeks and we exchanged contracts in only five weeks. We are now looking forward to moving into our new home in just a few weeks’ time. We also used Caroline as our in-house mortgage and financial adviser, and she was brilliant throughout.
