Pattinson staff are so kindly , so well mannered and courteous and extremely helpful . Nothing is a problem and the communication is second to none . Really can give you a lift and give confudence as selling and buying is never that easy. Very friendly and very accomplished

After having our house on the market for many months with another well known agent we decided to change to Keith Pattinson. Our house sold within weeks of being advertised. Very happy with their service. Unlike the other agent, the office staff were easy to get in touch with and followed up calls from potential buyers.

Absolutely appalling. Did not listen to us about sale price, sent people who couldn’t afford the mortgage, poor quality feedback, not making appointments at requested times, even phoned 2 days after we had moved to see if we had exchanged!DO NOT USE THEIR AUCTION SERVICE!were on the verge of changing agents when we struck lucky thanks to Covid!
