The whole team at Pattinson's were fantastic. We opted for an auction and they managed to sell the house just eight days after putting it on the market. We completed yesterday, with the whole process, from start to finish, taking only five weeks! The service was brilliant. We had a pretty-much instant answer to all our questions. Everyone was highly competent, and unfailingly patient and good humoured. What could have been a stressful time turned out to be very positive, largely down to the outstanding support we received from Pattinson's.

The support that we've received so far selling my mother in law's house has been fantastic. Daniel has been our main contact and he's visited at the care home, answered our questions and generally been really helpful. He got us an offer on the house before auction even started! We're at the solicitor stage now but are very thankful for the advice and service received so far.
