From the valuation through to the sale, the team at Seymours made what can be a really stressful process feel genuinely effortless.
Simon was brilliant from the start. He checked in regularly, kept me informed and gave honest, helpful advice throughout. Holly managed the viewing bookings and was friendly, efficient and easy to deal with. And when it came to the sale itself, Luke was on it straight away, advising on conveyancers and getting the MOS sorted quickly.
What really surprised me was the speed. I had a viewing on Friday afternoon and received an offer I was happy to accept by Monday. I wasn't expecting that at all.
It's clear this team works really well together, nothing felt disjointed or like it was falling through the cracks. I'd have no hesitation recommending Seymours.

Found our ideal home in Guildford marketed by Seymours of Guildford. Finally completed despite issues arising within the chain. However, Seymours were extremely professional and helpful throughout the process from the early stages of placing an offer to completion. Clive Gee was particularly helpful and proactive in monitoring progress and resolving problems with our purchase. Consequently, I would highly recommend Seymours for their professionalism throughout the purchasing process.

Seymours are in a totally different class to any estate agents I have ever come across. They are absolutely head and shoulders above their competition, by an absolute country mile.
They are honest, they give genuine advice and feedback, they do what they say they’re going to, and their local market knowledge is first class. But most importantly, they are lovely, decent people to deal with - and that goes a long long way.
We brought our house through Nick and Sam in 2020 and now selling through Sam this year. We’ve also dealt with John and Jenny and all have been totally first class to deal with.
Often in an industry all companies feel the same. The biggest compliment I can give Seymours is they are local market experts - they know the area, schools, roads etc inside out; are a pleasure to work with, and a far cry from the usual salesy nonsense I’ve dealt with from other estate agents in the last 6 years.
Genuinely cannot praise the entire team at Seymours enough. Absolutely brilliant and thanks to you all.

I have been renting out my beloved property through Seymours, and honestly couldn't be happier with the service they provide.
From the very beginning, Helen and her team have been absolutley brilliant and professional. They property management team outstanding as well, every issue we've had at the property has been solved quickly, professionally and fairly. It's refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares, does not overcharge and always treats people with respect. Nowdays in the UK, it's rare to find companies that still deliver this level of service and integrity.
They also found the perfect tenant for my property, honestly better than I could have hoped for.
