Had a great experience with Seymour’s Guildford whilst buying my new property. They showed a variety of properties in my price bracket and had good suggestions. Jules Smethurst was particularly helpful, she was extremely communicative and supportive during the purchase and ensured the process went as smoothly as possible. I would recommend!

I’ve had a great experience with Seymours Camberley in managing a rental property. Aaron has been professional, approachable and responsive throughout making the whole process straightforward.<br><br>They’ve also been quick to find a solid tenant, helping to minimise the void period and lost rental income. Sinead has been helpful too, and the team have been efficient and easy to deal with.<br><br>I’m very happy with the service so far and look forward to continuing to work with Aaron and the team. Phenomenal service and top professionalism. Can’t speak highly enough of the whole team at Seymours. We sold our two bed flat through them and they were fantastic from the very first contact up until completion.<br>Our buyer’s solicitor was an absolute nightmare but the team at Seymours used their expertise and professionalism to get us over the line eventually.<br>Many thanks to Mark, Gary, Alan, Billy and the rest of the team for all their help and hard work.

The Team was very professional and helpful, I had some issue with regards to move in dates however, Jennifer and Charlie helped with renegotiation the move in date. I would recommend them to everyone who need support from Seymours Estate.
