also assist me in the future with anything related to re mortgaging . The staff at this estate agent were really helpful amd very pleasant to talk to every time I called to view a property or anything I needed to ask about the property I ended up buying, so a big thank you to the whole team ..Isla ,Stacey, Catherine Ross and Margaret for putting up with all my questions and helping me get the keys to my new flat ..thank you again

We have just recently used Slater Hogg for both selling our current property and purchasing our new home and have had a great experience. The staff are all very friendly, approachable and on hand with their expertise to answer any questions we had. The process has been so smooth and really took the stress out of the prospect which is exactly what you are looking for. Great experience using Slater Hogg to sell the family home from start to finish. The staff, Catherine, Stacey and Isla organised all the appointments for me. They always kept me in the loop with feedback and advice.
Delighted to say the property went to a Closing Date with several good offers in just over a week from going live and three weeks from my initial meeting with the valuer, David.

Slater Hogg handled my home sale and everything was so smooth from beginning to end. Mark was helpful when carrying out his initial market appraisal. His knowledge of the market is top class and in the end the price I got for the sale was right at the top end of what he predicted.
The team in the office - Sophie and Ellenor - were super friendly, helpful and efficient. They couldn't have done more throughout the viewing process. My property advert went live and within an hour I had viewings booked in. They gave great advice through the process and helped me achieve a quick sale at the price I had been hoping for.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone selling their home.

We recently bought a flat and also sold a house for our parents, both through Slater Hogg and Howison, Bishopbriggs.
The staff there were all incredibly helpful and patient throughout the whole process. Their communication was excellent, always updating with a friendly phone call followed by emails.
We have dealt with several Estate Agents in the past, but the staff here definitely go above and beyond. We would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

Some staff helpful, some awful, confrontational even. Lacked local knowledge, inexperienced. I lost faith and moved. Truly awful experience.

Slater Hogg was responsive and professional all through our sale. The staff are all fantastic and Karen and Lauren really kept us at ease and were so helpful, fast and understanding when our sale fell through and we needed to put our flat back on the market. We are glad we decided to use Slater Hogg and would definitely use them again.

I was a property store tenant who they have merged with, please stay away if you are considering letting a property from them. SHH doesn't want to know the issues I had with the property store, property store once again don't reply to emails to get important information they have from my tenancy.
Their complaints procedure is awful, and the follow the landlords requests while knowing that the landlord is lying. Too many people dealing with one property so you don't know who to contact, if I could give them a zero I would. I would have expected more from SHH now they have merged with the property store. Landlords claiming for damages they repaired when they haven't, claiming they didn't give permission for things, when they did. Advice if you are already letting from them, keep everything! Follow up phone calls with emails, follow up visits with emails so that when your tenancy ends you have everything!
