Coming from New York City, I’ve had my fare share of bad experiences with renting…This was completely the opposite of a bad experience. Olivia is a godsend. Responsive, communicative and incredibly helpful. Coming from another country I had a lot of questions that were probably stupid but she was friendly and patient about all of them. Top marks from me.

letting agency should accept a provisional driving licence as a bank or any other government agency accepts this so if you can not do that you should close down as a letting agent as Know Your Customer under financial law accepts provisional licence if the customer has no other means of photographic I.D, anyway this is going to everyone of you in the uk as they are all the same, mabe i should expand my business to cover this field as i know a lot of people in this situation and that is why their are lot of people who can not find a sub let as i call them

I was a landlord for ten years and dealt with Slater Hogg throughout that period. My experience was consistently appalling. I felt overcharged at every opportunity and never believed they were acting in my interests as their client. Quite the opposite—it often felt as though they were working against me.
I repeatedly received information that proved to be incorrect or misleading, which caused unnecessary frustration and completely destroyed my trust in the company. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Slater Hogg to any landlord.

I’ve had such a positive experience with Slater Hogg throughout the sale of my flat. From start to finish, everyone I’ve dealt with has been incredibly helpful, professional and friendly.<br><br>In particular, I can’t thank Alison enough. She has been absolutely fantastic — always on the ball, keeping me updated throughout and making what could have been a stressful process feel so much easier. I always felt like everything was being taken care of, which gave me real peace of mind.<br><br>The photographs of my flat were also absolutely stunning. They were beautifully presented and really showcased the property at its best on the website, which I was so impressed with.<br><br>I’d also like to mention Chris, the mortgage adviser at Slater Hogg. He was so attentive, calm and patient throughout the whole mortgage application. He was always quick to get back to me whenever I had a question or query and made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free.<br><br>Overall, I’m genuinely delighted with the service I’ve received from Slater Hogg. From selling my flat to arranging my new mortgage, everything has been handled so smoothly and professionally. I would highly recommend Alison, Chris and the whole team to anyone looking for a company they can trust.
