19th Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)Overall our experience with Martin and Co. was adequate. The market is obviously difficult at the moment so we decided to come off the market after 2 months. Martin and co. were quick to respond to emails but we didn’t provide a lot of feedback on viewings. They were no sale no fee so fine in terms of value for money.
14th Aug 2021 (2 years ago)From the first contact when i was only thinking of selling, right the way through the process, Harry has been fantastic! Great guy, excellent communication and I couldn't fault anything he did. It has been a difficult time with selling due to the rush to get those eligible for the stamp duty holiday over the line but Harry has gone over and above to chase solicitors and bring it all together. I would highly recommend Rooster to anyone who wants the personal touch.
