From first contacting Samantha at Encasa to arrange to view the property we eventually bought. How impressed we were with the excellent service and knowledge, always very professional but so friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble . Later throughout the process she always was very helpful and efficient with any help or questions we had. Big thanks for all you help Sam you made buying less stressful. A great team at Warwick Rd Encasa.

My experience with Encasa was appalling, summarised by a whole load of misscommunication and poor customer service from the get go.
We were shown a house by Jimmy on a Saturday afternoon. He informed us that we could place an offer and that he would let us know if there were multiple offers on the table to give us an opportunity to give a 'final and best offer'. As the agency closes early on the Saturday, we left a voicemail and sent an email with our offer. I phoned Jimmy Monday morning to confirm he had received the offer and to get a few questions answered by the vendor. He wasn't even aware of the email or voicemail of the offer but assured me he would get an update from the vendor and get back to me. Upon receiving no response all day, I decided to call again in the afternoon for any updates. Jimmy told me there had been another offer since morning and if we were willing to give a best and final offer to which I increased to the asking price. He told me not to worry and he would phone the vendor in the morning and rest assured he would have an update for me the next day. Again I had no response the next day and so I called the next afternoon and spoke to Adrian. He wasn't even aware I had re-offered at the asking price and said the house had been sold to another individual quoting our initial slightly lesser cash offer as the reason. To make matters worse, he came up with multiple excuses to cover their utter incompetence, miscommunication and shocking service. I felt misled and deceived. Simply poor performance on their behalf and not acceptable by any means!
