Henley Charles Estate Agents - Handsworth
306 Rookery Road, Handsworth, Birmingham, B21 9QG

6th Oct 2026 (24 days ago)Overall I was satisfied with the service as Henley Charles sold my property relatively quickly. I was less impressed with the initial valuation which I felt was inflated. The property eventually sold for £30k less than the valuation they provided. Communication on the whole was good when I could get through to them but there were times when the phone just rang out. I feel a dedicated receptionist would be helpful to alleviate these issues. The team members were all personable and knowledgeable. I would recommend Henley Charles to others as their fees are reasonable and the after sales process was very good indeed.

14th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)The family were going through a difficult time after the bereavement of a parent, then the added stress of dealing with the sale of a probate property. Dave carried out the property valuation, along with several other agents and put us at ease with his local market knowledge and his sound property advice. Absolutely amazing and professional service from the whole Apple Property Solutions team. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell in the Great Barr area.
16th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)We had been stuck for a long time trying to find the right commercial property for our business and were starting to feel frustrated with the process. From the very first conversation, Angel Estate agent was different. They took the time to genuinely listen to our needs, fully understood our business requirements, and were very clear about what was realistic within our budget. Rather than pushing unsuitable options, they gave us honest guidance, clear direction on locations, and practical advice that actually made sense for our business growth. What really stood out was their commitment and persistence. They stayed with us throughout the process, kept communication clear and consistent, and worked hard to find a property that truly matched what we were looking for tomorrow not just something to close a deal. In the end, they successfully secured the perfect commercial property for our business, within budget and in the right location. The whole experience felt professional, supportive, and stress-reducing during what can otherwise be a very challenging process. If you are looking for an estate agent who is knowledgeable, patient, budget-conscious, and genuinely invested in helping you find the right property, I would highly recommend them without hesitation.

19th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)A very smooth experience dealing with OPA. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently, and we were kept informed as things progressed. The team were approachable, knowledgeable and always willing to help. I would have no hesitation recommending them.
11th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)Tom was a really nice guy. His team booking in viewings were really poor. They would book in viewings without even liaising with us which meant bookings got cancelled and prospective buyers annoyed and frustrated. Removed from market with Oakmans due to the amount of viewings we have was very small. Never received feedback after viewings.
15th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Had no issues at all, Naz showed us a few houses and really took our opinions into account. All of the staff didn’t waste anytime at all, and made it really easy for us to find our uni house.
13th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Rude They changed my property price daily without my permission. They lower price to less than what i pay for it, Then they put the price 10 times higher than what I pay for it. This is bulling tactic
