They are a very friendly and helpful office. Really know their stuff. They were always ready to offer advice and expertise whenever I needed. Started off looking for a quick investment 2 years ago and have ended up selling a property with them. Aleena, Sophie and Jessica all pitched in to help with getting me a number of viewings and contacting me about the offers I had. Great work ladies. You know I have already recommended you to friends looking to buy and sell.

A number of people I know have had nothing but trouble from these estate agents. They came to a valuation on a friend's house, the next day my friends were told to drop there asking price by £5,000. Someone we knew went in to ask about the property, it had apparently sold within 24 hours of the valuation and wasn't even listed anywhere. They also rung up 6:45am telling my friends they had a viewing arranged for 4pm the same day, again the property hadn't even been listed yet. The same has happened again to someone else I know, they have sold a property before photos have been taken and listed. This is against the law and their code of practice! This has been reported. The staff are rude and inconsiderate, they don't care they are knowingly ripping sellers off when they sell the properties well under there value because they are being sold to landlords that rent through them. Be careful when they tell you they have an offer so soon. Especially if they haven't taken photos or/and put up a sign.
Edit: I am raising concerns of pervious clients of yours. I have attempted to make formal complaints in the past with a current client of yours. You have chosen to ignore to deal with the situation in an appropriate manner, instead you have chosen to bend the truth. I feel if you can chose to ignore formal complaints made to yourselves and to your main office then the next step is to raise my concerns here. Not everyone is comfortable making a complaint in their name.
