They were flexible, understanding and went out of their way to enable me to bring forward the move in date as I needed due to my circumstances. Chiara even checked in on us long after we’d move to ensure we were happy. Thank you to both.

She helped me throughout the process of securing my apartment ensuring everything goes smoothly. I would recommend her any day any time. Callum was also very patient and helpful as well, the whole member of staffs are extremely amazing. I would use Connell Estate Agent any time any day.

They were professional, supportive, and always kept me updated at every stage of the process. Their communication was excellent, and they were always approachable and helpful whenever I had questions. They made what can be a stressful process feel much smoother and more manageable. I really appreciate all their hard work and would happily recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property. Truly amazing.

We had a great experience getting our mortgage complete with the house of our choice! Sincere thanks goes to Cary’s Parnell whom made sure we got a good offer at a reasonable rate. Which we were delighted with! As well as keeping in check with us during our process and even going the extra mile to further assist us when we needed it. This was greatly appreciated as it made the buying process a lot more easier and stress free. Highly reliable and good at what they do!
12th May 2026 (11 days ago)The team at Shipways in Shirley were incredibly helpful in supporting us as first time buyers. We bumped into a few issues with the sellers solicitors being obstructive when there was a leak at the property, but the team at shipways were always there to help communicate concerns, speeding up the process for all of us and playing a large part in resolving the issue. Hannah, Dan and Callum attended our viewings with us, answering all of our many questions in a friendly and professional manner. Sam, the senior branch manager was also incredibly helpful throughout the purchase, with very quick responses, putting our minds at ease when we felt a bit lost due to obstructive solicitors. Couldn’t recommend the team enough, especially as first time buyers!

I want to particularly thank the lettings manager Callie Walker who was especially patient and very co operative throughout the whole process. She made things much easier and from the point of contact of viewing was particularly helpful. Could not have found our families beautiful home without her assistance. The admin and office was also very helpful - both Ali and Harry I believe!

20th May 2026 (3 days ago)At first I had afew different people contacting me when it would have been nice to deal with just one person but after me asking for some continuity the commnuication was great from them. I found everyone personable and eager to help sell my property. The photographer could have moved more personal belongings to make the pics look better and I would have done that but they had an equipment problem so had to go back the day after without me there. All minor things but they have done what I asked them to do and that is to sell it so I am more than happy.
