Scammers<br><br>This company is such a disappointment and a waste of space in the property industry!<br><br>Big energy, big promises , no follow up and 0 professionalism . Typical behavior !<br><br>They have called me 4 times and bragged how they are introducing this new "Mot" service for properties and how is going to be free for me as I have attended the seminar.<br><br>I booked the appointment, was supposed to be with Ali - someone else turned up. Typical behavior !<br><br>Kept reading off the list and using scare tactics (quite uncomfortable call) and booked the results for next day.<br><br>I returned home for the zoom call at 11.00 :<br>- no zoom call was sent for appointment<br>- i have emailed to check on the appointment, no reply<br>- I have called the office 3 times ,no call back<br>- luckily, I have offered information on only 1 of my properties and with the amount of scams and scammers going around, I worry about the shares information.<br><br>I might be old fashioned, but I hold you accountable on your results and what you do,not on what you promise you will do.<br><br>A bunch of time wasters!<br><br>How you do one thing, is how you do everything!

From the start, Lauren was so easy to communicate with, kept us updated throughout and kept the process moving with solicitors. I honestly don’t think we would have moved when we did without Lauren’s help and support and we are so grateful. Thank you Lauren!

Although we were only at the enquiry stage, Julie was incredibly helpful and provided us with all the information we needed to understand the process and our options.<br><br>She was so polite, professional and approachable, and took the time to answer all of our questions clearly and patiently. She made a great first impression and gave us real confidence in the service.<br><br>If you’re considering going down the auction route, I would definitely recommend calling and asking to speak with Julie — she was absolutely lovely and a real credit to the team!

4th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)Dixons is definitely a capable estate agent with good expertise in this field.<br><br>To be honest, my initial experience with Dixons wasn’t very impressive. I had more or less given up and was simply waiting for my fixed-term contract to expire so that I could appoint another agent. Looking back, I think it may have been more down to how my sale was being managed at the time, as I didn’t feel that my expectations and concerns were fully understood.<br><br>Coincidentally, I spoke to Sarah Blair about my experience and how dissatisfied I was. She was genuinely surprised and very keen to put things right for me. She made a very valid point that she didn’t know I was unhappy, and if I didn’t raise my concerns, how would they know?<br><br>Once Sarah took over responsibility for my sale, she really made an effort to turn things around. She looked at everything, from the pricing to the listing, and within just a few days we had received three offers. She went the extra mile to maximise the offers and achieve the best possible result for me.<br><br>Throughout the whole process, Sarah kept me constantly informed, which was important to me. She discussed everything with me, gave me good advice and was always very helpful, professional and approachable, and she always returned my call quickly.<br><br>Although I definitely feel I started off on the wrong foot with Dixons, my experience changed completely once I raised my concerns and Sarah became involved. The whole process wasn’t easy, and there were times when I genuinely thought it might not work out but they both worked so hard to keep things moving. Julia was always calling, updating me and chasing things up, and Bash was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout.
