My initial viewing was arranged very quickly, and my offer was promptly submitted to and confirmed by the seller. Communication throughout the process was outstanding. I was kept informed immediately whenever there was an update, which made the entire experience feel smooth and stress-free. Josh, the agent who handled the property, was particularly helpful — he answered all of my questions, was always available when I needed assistance, and provided great support throughout. I would highly recommend Henley Charles to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. They are trustworthy, professional, and genuinely care about their clients. A big thank you to the entire Henley Charles team, and especially to Josh, for making the process so easy and seamless.

I spoke with Ella who was extremely helpful, professional and also supportive in what was a difficult time for the family. Ella gave me regular updates so we always knew what stage we were at. The whole team are brilliant, I highly recommend using Taylor Cole.

Matthew Port is so helpful and responds really quickly to any query, he's so easy to deal with. She helped me throughout the process of securing my apartment ensuring everything goes smoothly. I would recommend her any day any time. Callum was also very patient and helpful as well, the whole member of staffs are extremely amazing. I would use Connell Estate Agent any time any day.

Communication was honestly the best I’ve experienced—clear, quick, and consistent throughout, which made a huge difference. They were always one step ahead, keeping me informed and supported at every stage. It’s rare to find someone so professional yet approachable at the same time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient estate agent! Julia May has been incredibly patient and supportive throughout this stressful process as we had very lazy solicitors if it wasn't for her things would have been much worse.
