The agents have zero interest in your needs and interests but expect maximum cooperation when they need it. Totally unprofessional bordering on being ignorant, causing me ongoing problems because of their lack of communications.
23rd Jul 2020 (3 years ago)Huge Hidden Fees. Rude staff, severely under valued in order to entice people into bidding. Very disappointing as they was endorsed by multiple big newspapers. STAY AWAY - ESSENTIALLY A WHITE COLLAR SCAM!!!!!!!!

Choosing a estate agents to sell your home and putting all your trust into them is one thing, 5 weeks into a agreed sale to then be told there not even sure the buyers have even got a mortgage in principle, Chris the sales guy was trying to purchase some of the land attached to the property and trying to dictate sales to suit the purchase of the land is very unprofessional, we then decided we wanted to change estate agents due to the unprofessionalism and Chris decided to call up the new estate agents and try to sabotage the new listing, we then had a viewing on the property via the new estate agents and the potential buyer called chosen by mistake Chris was not finished he started slating the property and tried his best to put them off, we are extremely Disappointed with this type of behaviour and unprofessionalism, shocking to think your trusting these people to sell your home .

Laughable lack of communication. I can't even say that they are refusing to return the deposit, or made up an excuse to avoid doing it, as they have dropped all communications entirely.

Only bought a small flat but I was treated with great care. Highly recommend!!!
13th May 2023 (1 year ago)We bought a house and sold our own with Sterling homes and our point of contact was Taz. The whole process was smooth, efficient and fuss free. Taz was fantastic throughout - really warm, friendly and personable. She kept in contact throughout and was always available to answer any queries no matter how small.
