From start to finish, they were professional, compassionate, and always on hand to guide us through the process. A special shout out to Kiara, who was simply amazing throughout. Her attention to detail, constant updates, and genuine care made such a difference. Kiara went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and kept us informed at every stage. Her kindness and expertise were second to none. If you’re looking for a company that takes the stress out of selling a home, I wholeheartedly recommend Taylor Cole. They really made a challenging time so much easier for us :)

9th Apr 2024 (9 mo. ago)We had a bad experience with this company for Liasoning between the house owner and tenants. There seems to be a biased opinion and didn't support tenants for genuine tenancy issues. Completely inexperienced staff to deal with.

Her exceptional attention to detail and dedication to customer service truly set her apart. From start to finish, she has been attentive, responsive, and genuinely cared about ensuring everything went smoothly. Cally’s professionalism and warm approach made the entire process stress-free. I couldn’t recommend her and the team at Connells more highly. An outstanding service all around! Mr Dhillon.

The agents were honestly great and were extremely accommodating, friendly, punctual, communicative and informative. I received regular updates about viewings and they were prompt to answer any of my inquiries. My sale happened very smoothly and the whole process was very quick. I would highly recommend them.

This was a very sensitive sale to deal with due to the property belonging to my recently deceased mother, the whole team were nothing but compassionate, courteous and helpful in answering any questions I had along the way and the whole process was very quick. Would definitely recommend this estate agents to anyone thinking of selling. Thanks again all.
14th Oct 2024 (13 weeks ago)Rude. Was expecting to hear when I could pick up the keys and they forgot about me. When I messaged I had the following rude response. "You have asked for a date to collect keys, which is my understanding that you have taken a room with us None of our previous conversation states which room you have taken Your contact number does not show on our system as a proposed tenant. Unfortunately we have three agents at Genie homes so you could have taken the room with the other two agents, im just trying to help find out which property so we can arrange your keys". Unfortunately we deal with hundreds of applicants per day, so i apologise that i needed to clarify". The snotty ending was terrible. It's there fault I'm not on the system yet somehow they expect me to provide them with all the information. Out of the 3 people that worked there could have said, oh yes I know him, my bad, I'll sort it. Terrible ans unorganised. Do not use! Used another company that was brilliant.
24th Oct 2024 (12 weeks ago)Worst experience ive had with a Estate Agency. Very unprofessional and dishonest process of bidding offers on a property. Tom the Agent gave false information about offers and the client requirements. I spoke to another individual who gave an offer only to be told that Tom was giving false information about how high the offer was at and then proceeded to lie. This is a new Estate Agency operating in Birmingham and I will also be reporting them and their tactics along with other members of the public that have viewed properties and how Tom has been sharing offer amounts with everyone other than tbe clients

20th May 2024 (7 mo. ago)BP Auctions have been anything BUT easy to work with. We’ve been chasing for updates on the sale of our property for weeks with no response. Every time we manage to speak to someone on the phone, we’re promised a call back that never happens. No one responds via email, and the whole process has been painfully slow from start to finish.
