5th Jul 2024 (13 weeks ago)I'm writing this review as a fellow estate agent. I've recently had Rural Scene in a chain with myself and Richard was absolutely fantastic. He is extremely proactive and provided us with updates weekly so that our chain moved forward smoothly and we have just today exchanged contracts. If anyone is looking for a rural estate agent then I would highly recommend Rural Scene. As an agent myself the good ones stand out and Richard is brilliant.

It wasn't the most straightforward sale process, but we felt supported and well advised by Jackson-Stops throughout. Thank you!

6th Sep 2024 (27 days ago)I had a difficult sale of a Grade 2 listed property in a courtyard setting which I entrusted to Symonds and Sampson. It took time but the whole team in the Sherborne office were excellent, always accessible, always friendly and they put a lot of effort to find the right buyer. - which they did. A trustworthy and professional estate agency I don’t hesitate to recommend.

He acted quickly with queries as they arose during the solicitor phase and kept everyone updated efficiently - he excels in communicating clearly and openly. At times, Charlie seemed to be the only one with his finger on the pulse and kept things moving . Nothing phased him and he always responded to any issues I had quickly. He was present to hand over the keys and to escort us round to ensure we knew where everything was. As a consequence of Charlie's skills and expertise he made the transition from sale, to purchase through to actually owning my lovely new home all the more pleasurable. I cannot praise him enough!
