6th Apr 2023 (1 year ago)In all our dealings with Jackson-Stops we have always found them to be honest, helpful, and extremely realistic on house prices, not over inflating prices just to win business. They also give every purchaser a fair chance organising proper viewing schedules for properties. All the staff are very knowledgeable about each property also so whether I get Ginny, Alex, Victoria or another member of staff I always get my queries answered if not immediately then certainly the same day. An extremely refreshing and much appreciated attitude from an estate agent!

Definitely worthy of a 5* rating. Our huge thanks to all involved for getting us over the line! Selling your home can be a stressful experience not to mention costly and therefore we wanted the most professional team to help support us through this process. Knight Frank have dedicated people / a team for each area of the sale process, from pulling the property information together, to ensuring you are happy with everything before your property goes live on line. They inform you of viewings and have their own team of people who guide potential purchasers around your property. These people are throughly briefed beforehand and are able to answer most of the purchaser's questions. Once you receive an offer on your property, the next group of professionals play they part in the process. At this stage, our point of contact was Giselle who was an absolute genius in keeping everything ticking along, even when there was a blip with the buyer's solicitor, Giselle was there to keep everything moving forward. The whole team is headed up by Luke Pender-Cudlip, a consummate professional, who has a vast knowledge and experience in this field, and someone you can depend on to get the job done. The communication throughout was excellent via both email and telephone calls so we were kept fully up to speed of how the transaction was progressing throughout. Thanks team."

The entire team have been so helpful in assisting us with both selling & buying property, I’d highly recommend their services to anyone looking to navigate the property market. In particular we have always dealt with Kelly within the Gillingham branch and I can vouch that her knowledge and customer care is second to none. We will most certainly look to use Kelly at Chaffers when the time comes for us to find our forever home.

26th Jul 2022 (1 year ago)Over valued our property at £1,500,000. Then asked us to reduce asking price by £250,000, had people viewing offering £1,000,000 thinking we were desperate to sell because of the large reduction. Sacked them after two months, house never sold.
3rd Apr 2024 (22 days ago)Max and his team did a fantastic job from valuation through to completion. The house sold within 4 weeks, and although there were difficulties with our onward purchase, Max progressed the process regularly and kept us informed throughout. Thoroughly recommend Max and his team.

All staff were friendly and always responded quickly to any questions. Selling my flat through them was a largely painless experience.
