The team were outstanding - so professional , proactive , informed and extremely personable. The sale was not a straightforward one and their understanding and communication was outstanding and we felt very reassured throughout. I could not recommend them highly enough - we are so happy in our new property and a big thank you to the team for making the process as seamless as possible. Wonderful service and lovely team. We met Harry and Tracyann at our property who guided us through evaluation and viewings, they were both exactly what we had hoped for, open and informative. From that point on I mostly spoke with Bridget. She is amazing. Always there to speak to and send messages to, a huge asset to the team. I really can’t thank Bridget enough for all she did for us and the way she worked tirelessly on our behalf. Not only was she so friendly she also made me feel genuinely supported throughout the sale of our property. She was happy to relay back and forth to multiple parts of our chain. Worth her weight in gold!

Emma has come in as the new manager, taken these on and has turned the situation around in 24 hours. Emma is an exceptional agent. She is extremely professional, experienced, really quick to respond and take action. We would highly recommend using her. Hetti goes above and beyond and has been fantastic at keeping us updated. It's been a difficult period but we now once again feel excited at the prospect of our sale and purchase going through and feel in very capable hands. Thank you
18th Dec 2025 (20 weeks ago)Sarah Cull and here team were amazing and we were so pleased with the service we received. Nothing was too much trouble and after hours calls were never a problem. A special mention for Carola who carried out the viewings and was so respectful of our property. We had multiple offers in a difficult market and it took under 6 weeks from offer accepted to exchange - the buyers were a perfect match for our much-loved home. An excellent experience all round.

20th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)We recently purchased a house listed through Lodestone, Martina was always quick to respond to our queries and was brilliant at keeping everyone in the loop during the final stages of the process. She really helped push everything through which was really appreciated. It was also really handy that they are based in Bruton. Would definitely consider using them in the future, although we won't want to think about selling anytime soon!

12th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)The biggest disappointment for us to use these people. Found the perfect place to buy, no chain, all the paperwork being done, solicitor fees paid. 4 weeks in the process, we were gazumped!!!! No feelings whatsoever, or people skills. Horrendous experience.
