8th Jul 2022 (3 years ago)I am delighted with the result achieved by Jag at Your Choice. At his suggestion the house was marketed at about £20k more than was proposed by another agent. Jag said that he had a number of prospective buyers who would be interested in this property. I approved the marketing details on a Thursday afternoon. The advert appeared online on Friday and the following Monday there were 11 viewings with an offer at the asking price received within 48 hours. 4 months from start to completion of which 7 weeks was a delay waiting for probate to be granted.

19th Nov 2025 (8 weeks ago)We went with JI Estates as we were impressed with their professionalism, knowledge of the area and knowledge of the current market value of houses similar to ours. Also the video and auditory descriptions of our property were accurate and delivered well. This had a positive impact on the amount of viewings we received. We were kept fully informed at all stages of the sale. I will highly recommend JI to friends and family. Well done Steve and Toby!

14th Aug 2023 (2 years ago)The person who valued our house and did the sales pitch to us was great, but the person who actually dealt with our sale was terrible. She added no value to the whole process, never answered the phone or called us back, sent really unhelpful emails with no clear actions or asks in there and provided no effort to mediate our chain and keep all parties happy. It felt like she ended up working for our buyer rather than us who were her clients. She also seemed to shy away from difficult news and did everything over email rather than calling and helping to get people on side. I would not recommend. Our friends had a similar experience so this is not an isolated incident.
