7th Sep 2026 (8 days ago)We have just experienced an outstanding, 1st class and professional service from Robert Watts to sell out late parents home. Jenna is an absolute star ??????. The initial contact was with Lucy who carried out the valuation. She gave good advice of what to do prior to the property being fit for viewings. Then Jenna became our main contact and Negotiator for 90% of the rest of the sale and go between, between us and the buyer and both sets of solicitors. Jenna was an absolute dream to work with. She kept us up to date with everything. Constant contact with updates from viewings, offers chasing up solicitors and go between, between us and the buyer. Faultless service throughout. When Jenna was not avaliable we also experienced the same service from Amelia, Holly and Charlie. All in all we experienced a 5 star service. A huge thank you to everyone. You made a very difficult and sad experience so much easier. Well done!!! ??????
22nd Aug 2026 (24 days ago)Just at the close of work yesterday, the sockets and hot water stopped working from my kitchen while baking. I am currently letting with Dinsdale Estates, I rang the office and the lovely Yvonne picked up the call, she was so warm on approach and resolved my concerns. Not only did she make sure to get someone out yesterday to fix the issues but also handed me over the teams working the following day for a lasting solution despite it was just close of work. Thanks so much Dinsdale Estates Team, you’re all superstars.

Very disappointing experience with William H Brown – Wibsey, Bradford<br><br>I booked William H Brown’s Wibsey branch to carry out a market appraisal of a high-value property. As it is a large house, considerable time and effort went into preparing it for the appointment, including taking time away from work.<br><br>They then cancelled on the day of the appointment, with no alternative valuer available. Their solution was simply for me to contact the branch and rearrange.<br><br>I have sold several properties over the years and contacted William H Brown because I considered them one of the leading estate agents in Bradford. Unfortunately, this experience suggests that prospective clients and their time are simply not a priority for this branch.<br><br>If this is the level of service before they have even won the instruction, I certainly wouldn’t trust them with the sale of an important property.<br><br>Extremely disappointing and completely unprofessional.

17th Aug 2026 (29 days ago)I had a really positive experience with Alan Slater Property Services managing my property and tenancy. They were professional, reliable and always easy to deal with, keeping me informed and handling any issues that came up with the tenant efficiently. It made renting out my property much more straightforward and took a lot of the stress out of managing it myself. I’d happily recommend them to other landlords looking for a dependable letting agent.- 23rd Apr 2026 (21 weeks ago)Wasted a hour of my time turned up 15 minutes early thinking they would arrive on time phoned after viewing time and said they could not come attend the viewing Absolutely disgraceful no respect for a person's time absolute waste of a company.
2nd Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Great experience moving in. Suitable properties were disappearing as quickly as they became available. The team at Biscayne sent me a video tour when I asked from Scotland, before I could get down. They were flexible about the date I collected keys. The property itself is stunning. Beautiful inside and well maintained. I hope more properties like this in Bradford are brought to market for people.

6th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)I would rate negative if I could. Think Homes happens to be renting out a property adjacent to mine. The issue on their property resulted in cutting the water supply for my property for 3 full days now. The agency would not answer the phone "because people take rest at weekends", they would not return messages either. Eventually managed to speak to the admin person Adil who was not particularly helpful. The manager Asif Gul is not available and not returning my messages either. The attitude is atrocious, the level of not caring is second to none. Checked the company info on Companies House register, not impressive. Ended up reporting to the Environmental Health. Recommend to stay away.I do not think the business even cares about the reviews, just trying to warn potential customers.
3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)If there was an option to give 0 stars i would, housing union needs to step in. £120 cleaning charge for blue tack that was already there. Fined £200 in council tax as they failed to inform and submit student exemption, made me homeless twice, £60 fee each time to get back in. Their emergency line failed to work and blamed it on the network. failed miserably at looking after their tenants and all the young women in my flat were subjected to a creepy uncle. Unsure how any of them sleep soundly. The state of the flat was gross while promoting a weekly cleaner. do better

20th Aug 2026 (26 days ago)Made an offer on a property and Jack came back to me and said it had been rejected. Made an improved offer £5k below asking price.Advised he would come back to me shortly. Over three weeks have now passed and no contact. Since found out property sold to a higher offer. The basics are you communicate with buyers and do not just leave them hanging for weeks !!!!

30th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)I have decided to do a follow up review on the back of my wife’s original. DPSH have represented us on 2 occasions and have been excellent both times. Nicole and Sam, supported by Mark, Jack, and Millie, this time round. This latest sale was very stressful due to a 6 month time waster, and the patience and support shown by DPSH was amazing throughout. In fact I find it incredible that the person responsible for messing us about for 6 months has actually put an extremely negative review on here against DPSH. Trust me, some of his detail is laughable, and DPSH did suggest that I relist after 3 months of dealing with this character and I didn’t take their advice - more fool me! Please see the later review of our ACTUAL buyer, which is a glowing report of how DPSH operate. I could really go to town on the poor review but won’t because tbh I can’t be bothered, DPSH did a great job at dealing with a difficult process. - thanks guys.
