7th Mar 2026 (21 days ago)I am very pleased with the service I received from Amanda and the team in William H Brown Wibsey. Amanda is always very responsive and highly professional at all times. She is always very calm and understanding even when things go pear-shaped. I had the initial buyer step back quite late in the sales process and Amanda found a replacement buyer quite quickly. She was really proactive and liaised between the eventual buyer, me, and the solicitors very well (the buyer’s solicitor was a challenge as she stayed in first gear right until completion). Amanda is a star and I thoroughly recommend contacting her for property sales in the Bradford area.

The team were friendly and helpful whenever I had questions, and they kept me updated during the process. Things moved quite smoothly overall and they were professional to deal with. Appreciate the help from the staff and the support they provided.

At the end we were forced to get environmental health involved , we moved out ..some issues still remain. 0 stars- 7th Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)Landlord and tenants be aware. Would never use these for anything. Booked an appointment to view a property they confirmed with the landlord whilst I was on the other line. Come day and time of the appointment some aggressive man answered the phone telling me I didn't leave a contact number. It's not my job to ask what details you need from me I'm not sure what your office protocol is, your receptionist should ask for all details when booking an appointment. He proceeded by giving me an example of if I'm in Manchester and property in Bradford how am I supposed to confirm well that's an internal issue not mine. I could have booked time off work, travelled from afar and the arrogant man on the phone said we'll call you back bro and hung up ????

The team at Biscayne sent me a video tour when I asked from Scotland, before I could get down. They were flexible about the date I collected keys. The property itself is stunning. Beautiful inside and well maintained. I hope more properties like this in Bradford are brought to market for people.

28th Aug 2025 (6 mo. ago)My experience with Hamilton bower was excellent. Friendly staff on the ball and very intentive. Sold my property very quickly. Della was especially helpful offering to help with filling in any paper work from the conveyancer I thought that was a nice touch.

10th Jul 2025 (8 mo. ago)There was no real drive to help sell the property, no regular promotion had to ask and push for it several times. Didn’t do checks with people booked for viewing whether they are able to purchase, a lot of no shows as well.
3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)If there was an option to give 0 stars i would, housing union needs to step in. £120 cleaning charge for blue tack that was already there. Fined £200 in council tax as they failed to inform and submit student exemption, made me homeless twice, £60 fee each time to get back in. Their emergency line failed to work and blamed it on the network. failed miserably at looking after their tenants and all the young women in my flat were subjected to a creepy uncle. Unsure how any of them sleep soundly. The state of the flat was gross while promoting a weekly cleaner. do better
11th Mar 2026 (17 days ago)Very telling most of the positive reviews elsewhere are from buy to let people.I wish estate agents would just offer buy to let landlords on their books properties first before placing it on open market. It stops everyone else wasting their time with viewings and offers that will go nowhere. Staff perfectly nice but as a cash buyer offering full asking price and not being invited to increase offer when rejected, supposedly by the vendor, it's very frustrating.
