From calling and emailing me to enquire on update and on my wellbeing too. The staff are friendly and helpful. When I need report for EPC they had contact. They also have a contact for a removal company which took the stress off. Over all a great experience thanks team WW Estate

From start to finish, the team was professional, supportive, and always willing to help with any questions I had.<br>A special thank you to Hanna Hudson, who was my mortgage specialist. She was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. Hanna is kind, knowledgeable and incredibly efficient. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made, what could have been a stressful experience, feel straightforward and manageable. Her communication was excellent, and I always felt informed and reassured every step of the way.<br>Thanks to Hanna's hard work and dedication, the whole mortgage process went smoothly. I have had a few delays in responses to maintenance requests, but they always come through eventually. I think they are an excellent team and are concerned about their clients.

2nd Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Great experience moving in. Suitable properties were disappearing as quickly as they became available. The team at Biscayne sent me a video tour when I asked from Scotland, before I could get down. They were flexible about the date I collected keys. The property itself is stunning. Beautiful inside and well maintained. I hope more properties like this in Bradford are brought to market for people.

He made the stressful process manageable. Before purchasing the property my thoughts were that the process will be extremely difficult, however Nat made everything very smooth by his reliable communication which was also perfect. 18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
29th Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)The 10Homes team were great. They found the right buyers, chased the sale and completion transaction through thoroughly. As an added benefit they worked well with tenants in organising viewings, provided solutions to small repairs, and cooperated with our letting agents.

I was helped by Paul Jennings, who was knowledgeable, professional and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. He explained the process for both options which made it easier for me to make my decision.<br><br>I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent or sell their property and wouldn't hesitate to use their services again in the future. Thank you Paul for your excellent service!

The service was very profesional from viewing, move in and on going comunication. The maintenance team are very profesional and provide regular updates if there is any maintenance required. Really happy with the property and the Squarefoot Team.
6th Jun 2026 (10 weeks ago)Dean & Emma have been very efficient and seem to be very knowledgeable. They are confident and fair. I would definitely use them again. The only thing I didn't like was the Street app that is used for viewing updates - I'm not an app person and do not wish to make downloads to use the app. That said Dean & Emma have found ways to work around this.
7th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)Our first contact with Linley & Simpson to let a property was with Hollie Landi. She was totally on our case from day 1 & kept us informed of each and every development! Lucy carried out the property inspection…excellent! Hollie did all the viewings and kept us informed regularly of any interest in renting! Some references took a while to come through, but hey that’s the way it goes, not the fault of Hollie or Linley & Simpson!

They were incredibly helpful, constantly kept us up to date with proceedings, and they made what is a very stressful proceedure much easier to cope with. We are so glad we chose Open House and would highly recommend them.

He went above and beyond to help sell my property, keeping me informed every step of the way. I honestly can’t thank him enough for his professionalism, dedication, and support. I would highly recommend National Business Sales to anyone looking to sell their business or property.
17th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
