From calling and emailing me to enquire on update and on my wellbeing too. The staff are friendly and helpful. When I need report for EPC they had contact. They also have a contact for a removal company which took the stress off. Over all a great experience thanks team WW Estate

He had researched the sold prices of properties as well as the asking prices of current houses for sale. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and realistic whilst being friendly and approachable. I would totally recommend Bridgfords in Halifax if you're looking for an estate agent to sell your property.
24th Jun 2026 (4 days ago)I was in a difficult situation and all hopes were gone for getting a mortgage. Hanna found me one! She has been amazing throughout the whole experience. I never once hesitated to contact her and she would literally reply in minutes, despite the crazy number of questions she would receive! The whole process with Hanna at William H Brown has been fantastic. Would definitely recommend Hanna to anyone applying for a mortgage.

The team was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They were always quick to respond to my questions and made everything straightforward and stress-free. Their knowledge of the local property market was excellent, and I felt supported every step of the way. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell, rent, or let a property in the Bradford area.

I have had a few delays in responses to maintenance requests, but they always come through eventually. I think they are an excellent team and are concerned about their clients.

2nd Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Great experience moving in. Suitable properties were disappearing as quickly as they became available. The team at Biscayne sent me a video tour when I asked from Scotland, before I could get down. They were flexible about the date I collected keys. The property itself is stunning. Beautiful inside and well maintained. I hope more properties like this in Bradford are brought to market for people.
28th May 2026 (4 weeks ago)Excellent customer service, would recommend to anybody selling their home.- 15th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)I was sold Westminster Park in Liverpool (Sourced Development Group) through Alesco, working with ERE Property and Will Kettel. Will Kettel presented the investment as secure, claiming the developer had an impeccable and traceable record. Alesco endorsed this, selling me confidence and security. In reality, Sourced Development Group has a traceable record of failings — they cannot even start projects, let alone finish them. Alesco has proven incapable of delivering any real update. They have no communication with the developer, and ERE Property is exactly the same. Investors are left in the dark, receiving vague answers or silence, with no verifiable information on the project’s progress. This is the closest one can be to being legally scammed. I committed funds in good faith, but what I received was misrepresentation, lack of transparency, and no accountability from either Alesco or ERE Property.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

31st Jan 2023 (3 years ago)I have been living in my current house with Squarefoot for over 2 two years now. The house is 2 bedroom and is perfect. The service was very profesional from viewing, move in and on going comunication. The maintenance team are very profesional and provide regular updates if there is any maintenance required. Really happy with the property and the Squarefoot Team.
6th Jun 2026 (22 days ago)Dean & Emma have been very efficient and seem to be very knowledgeable. They are confident and fair. I would definitely use them again. The only thing I didn't like was the Street app that is used for viewing updates - I'm not an app person and do not wish to make downloads to use the app. That said Dean & Emma have found ways to work around this.
7th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)Our first contact with Linley & Simpson to let a property was with Hollie Landi. She was totally on our case from day 1 & kept us informed of each and every development! Lucy carried out the property inspection…excellent! Hollie did all the viewings and kept us informed regularly of any interest in renting! Some references took a while to come through, but hey that’s the way it goes, not the fault of Hollie or Linley & Simpson!

He went above and beyond to help sell my property, keeping me informed every step of the way. I honestly can’t thank him enough for his professionalism, dedication, and support. 30th May 2026 (29 days ago)I would not use DPSH again. During my purchase transaction, I found the conduct of senior staff disappointing and unnecessarily confrontational. I was described as "shady" and "dodgy" and told that I "didn't understand the market" despite being fully engaged throughout the process, responding promptly to requests, spending over £2,000 on surveys and associated costs, and progressing my mortgage application through to offer stage. When my original buyer withdrew, I immediately explored alternative options and made it clear that I was in a position to proceed without relying on the sale of my own property. Despite this, I was subjected to pressure, arbitrary deadlines, and repeated suggestions that the property would be remarketed. I am fortunate enough to work within the property and financial services industry and was able to challenge this behaviour confidently. My concern is that many buyers would simply accept this sort of treatment and feel pressured into making decisions they would not otherwise make. The most disappointing part is that after all of this, the transaction ultimately broke down when another offer was accepted, despite my position having been clearly explained. This left me having incurred significant costs and invested considerable time into a purchase that I was willing and able to progress. What was most surprising was that many of these comments came from the director of the company rather than a junior member of staff. Property transactions are stressful enough without buyers having their integrity questioned or being subjected to unnecessary pressure. Unfortunately, my experience fell well below the level of professionalism I would expect.
