3rd May 2026 (8 weeks ago)First time moving house in 19years. Moving house has been the most stressful experience. The team at WW estate agents Ltd have been amazing. From calling and emailing me to enquire on update and on my wellbeing too. The staff are friendly and helpful. When I need report for EPC they had contact. They also have a contact for a removal company which took the stress off. Over all a great experience thanks team WW Estate

I never once hesitated to contact her and she would literally reply in minutes, despite the crazy number of questions she would receive! The whole process with Hanna at William H Brown has been fantastic. Would definitely recommend Hanna to anyone applying for a mortgage.

6th Jun 2026 (22 days ago)Dean & Emma have been very efficient and seem to be very knowledgeable. They are confident and fair. I would definitely use them again. The only thing I didn't like was the Street app that is used for viewing updates - I'm not an app person and do not wish to make downloads to use the app. That said Dean & Emma have found ways to work around this.

The process was a little bit complicated at times, but they sorted everything out for us very nicely and quickly. We were really impressed with how smoothly they handled it all.
