I've called a few times over the space of a week and promised each time the sales chap will call me back but nothing. Guess my sale goes to the competitors Maxfield (no fuss no quible). 8th Jul 2022 (1 year ago)I am delighted with the result achieved by Jag at Your Choice. At his suggestion the house was marketed at about £20k more than was proposed by another agent. Jag said that he had a number of prospective buyers who would be interested in this property. I approved the marketing details on a Thursday afternoon. The advert appeared online on Friday and the following Monday there were 11 viewings with an offer at the asking price received within 48 hours. 4 months from start to completion of which 7 weeks was a delay waiting for probate to be granted.

Zoran and his team were friendly and helpful in finding a tenant for my rental property. They provided a quick service in finding the perfect tenant. All checks done efficiently. 2nd Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)We didn’t sell, we removed our house from the market. Nothing to do with the estate agent, but all to do with the interest rate rises and property price drops. We will put our house back on the market in the autumn

2nd Feb 2022 (2 years ago)Great experience moving in. Suitable properties were disappearing as quickly as they became available. The team at Biscayne sent me a video tour when I asked from Scotland, before I could get down. They were flexible about the date I collected keys. The property itself is stunning. Beautiful inside and well maintained. I hope more properties like this in Bradford are brought to market for people.

My interaction was with Jack mainly and he was always so kind and patient. He is definitely a true asset to Holroyd. 28th Jan 2024 (13 weeks ago)I recently sold a property through Righthaus. I had 3 prospective buyers 2 of which did not go through for different reasons. They got a good amount of viewings unlike another local estate agent who hardly got any viewings for the same property. It sold for just under the valuation price but a good price never the less. Thank you to Amanpreet for keeping on top of things & keeping me up to date with the progress of the sale and for doing a sterling job! I would recommend Righthaus to anyone wanting to sell or buy & would use them again if needed.
