Tabby and the team kept us informed every step and I would like to thank them for their patience as it wasn't an easy sell (no fault of theirs!) My only regret is that it's taken so long for me to write this review! Please use them to sell/buy your home - lovely people!

I never once hesitated to contact her and she would literally reply in minutes, despite the crazy number of questions she would receive! The whole process with Hanna at William H Brown has been fantastic. Would definitely recommend Hanna to anyone applying for a mortgage.

I wouldn’t have even viewed the apartment I ended up buying if she hadn’t taken the time to really listen to what I was looking for and suggest it. It turned out to be exactly the right place for me. The team at Biscayne sent me a video tour when I asked from Scotland, before I could get down. They were flexible about the date I collected keys. The property itself is stunning.
