Throughout the whole process they were incredibly helpful, always available and great at working with other parties to push the chain along. The price from the service provided felt very reasonable.<br><br>We had very challenging buyers who messed about until the last minute, Jemma and the team did a great job working with the solicitors and estate agents in the chain and really worked together to save the day.<br><br>Not sure I would have had this level of support and dedication from other estate agents. I would recommend them.

Having lived in our house for 30 years, this was our very first experience selling a property. It was naturally a huge milestone and a bit emotional for us, but their steady guidance made what could have been a stressful process feel completely manageable.<br><br>The communication from start to finish was exceptional. We were impressed right from our initial meeting with Lucy Golton, who set a clear and confident direction. That high standard continued seamlessly through all our interactions with Jenna Pinkney, whose constant updates and guidance kept everything running smoothly. 17th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)Hanna took on the role as our mortgage advisor after the previous one we used, through our estate agents in Bingley left. She was absolutely amazing, going above and beyond her job role. I honestly believe that we wouldn’t be in our new house now if she hadn’t have worked so hard for us. Communication was great, she often replied within minutes and she reassured us when we needed it. She answered any questions we had with ease. She was also brilliant at chasing our solicitors for a response when we urgently required one and made a very stressful situation easier. We cannot recommend her enough!

They were professional, reliable and always easy to deal with, keeping me informed and handling any issues that came up with the tenant efficiently. It made renting out my property much more straightforward and took a lot of the stress out of managing it myself. I’d happily recommend them to other landlords looking for a dependable letting agent.

I don’t know how I would have got through without her.<br><br>The whole team from start to finish were amazing. I’ve sold several properties in my time and have always used Charnock Bates - they’re professional, they care and are with you every step of the way. I simply cannot thank them enough. Well done Charnock Bates and thank you for everything.

27th Aug 2026 (4 weeks ago)The agent arrived 10 minutes late to the viewing and, unfortunately, seemed to know very little about the property. Communication has also been very poor. Since making the enquiry, I’ve received six cold calls from their office in just two days, which has felt excessive and intrusive. Overall, a very disappointing experience and not the level of service I would expect from a professional estate agent.
10th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)There was no real drive to help sell the property, no regular promotion had to ask and push for it several times. Didn’t do checks with people booked for viewing whether they are able to purchase, a lot of no shows as well.

14th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)After over 6 months listing with other agencies and very little to show for it we switched to Haart and could not have been happier with our choice. Joe and Stewart have been fabulous and took our sale through to completion very quickly. Communication was flawless, we were kept regularly up to date and they gave great advice and support as the offer came in and sale progressed. I would 100% recommend them and we will definitely use Haart again in the future.
20th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Made an offer on a property and Jack came back to me and said it had been rejected. Made an improved offer £5k below asking price.Advised he would come back to me shortly. Over three weeks have now passed and no contact. Since found out property sold to a higher offer. The basics are you communicate with buyers and do not just leave them hanging for weeks !!!!

17th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)I couldn’t recommend Sarah and the lettings team at Bridgfords highly enough.<br><br>Sarah has genuinely gone above and beyond from start to finish and made the whole process incredibly easy and stress-free. As I work regular hours, she was extremely accommodating and even contacted me outside of normal working hours to work around my availability.<br><br>What has really stood out is that the service hasn’t stopped once the tenant moved in. Sarah has continued to keep in touch and check that everything is going well, which has been really reassuring.<br><br>We opted for the Let Only package, yet when I needed some additional help, Sarah even went out of her way to contact a contractor on my behalf despite this being outside the scope of the service we had chosen. She absolutely didn’t have to do that, but was still more than happy to help.<br><br>Sarah has been professional, responsive, approachable and genuinely committed to making the whole experience as smooth as possible. It’s rare to receive this level of service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sarah and the Bridgfords lettings team to other landlords.
