29th Mar 2025 (29 days ago)A very bad agent, Ray Stromberg. Today I was 5 mins late for the appointed viewing (the property is not well shown on google map). I knocked the door and no one answered, i wait for 5 mins then call their company. Someone picked up the phone and asked me to wait them there. I waited for another 30 mins and no one came. Then, I phoned them again and they said i was late and the agent was going to another appointment already. I told them I drove there for an hour and ask for the same day viewing rearrangement but they refused to do it. What a service! The most furious thing is they never intend to give me a call for the cancellation nor rearrangement of the viewing. They just fooled me there for 30 mins. I didn’t accept the rearrangement of the viewing after it. They could call me in advance or checked where I was if they really urged for the next appointment. I don’t think a 5 mins late is a big problem for a viewing. You think i could finish the viewing within 5 mins? I don’t think this is a professional way to treating a customer. Seems they are lacking the skills of communication with the customers. I would never give them my business nor recommend this unprofessional company to anyone.

Considering Rue had only been in the job for a week or so she was very professional, smart, knowledgeable about the area and extremely polite. I would highly recommend Woods if looking to rent a property, the process was easy from start to finish.

As none of us live in the area, we relied solely on them to handle the entire sales process for us. The team were amazing, always professional but at the same time, friendly and helpful, whilst keeping us well informed at every step along the way. Living far from the area, their local knowledge and practical help made all the difference with our sale as did their timely progress chasing after the sale was agreed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them - great team, great experience; bravo!

26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

Really challenging time with buyers solicitor (no fault of the buyer at all), but the team provided great support and communication. Highly recommended and having dealt with a couple other estate agents locally, it is easy to say that they are the best !
2nd Aug 2024 (8 mo. ago)I Changed Agents to Housefox after my previous sale fell through at 3.5 months of the selling process. Note to sellers…….. if your buyers are Cash Buyers make absolutely sure your agent gets proof of funds…………. and double check this early on in the process. Housefox were really great and I would definately recommend.

From the moment he arrived, he was polite and friendly, making the entire process comfortable. Aaron provided a thorough valuation of my house and presented a detailed comparison report that clearly explained his reasoning. Initially, I decided to go with another agent who valued my property higher. However, after only one viewing in a couple of months, I found myself having to reduce the price. This experience has made me reflect on my decision, and I now realise that Aaron's valuation was not only honest but also genuine. In hindsight, I appreciate Aaron's integrity and expertise, and I would confidently recommend him to others seeking property valuations. His approach and transparency truly stand out in a competitive market.

31st Mar 2025 (27 days ago)Tom has been excellent to work with, communication was easy, he was always available and kept the sale moving along smoothly. We purchased through GTH and Tom was always generous with his time, never rushing us through the viewings. We ended up completing quite speedily and probably couldn't have done it without Tom keeping up the momentum. Highly recommend.
