(2 reviews)13th Jun 2023 (10 mo. ago)Having let my 1st house with Rhys and his team I was assured by Rhys that it was in safe hands. How wrong I was. It turns out that he had not put the tenants deposit in a protection scheme so when the tenant stopped paying we could not get her out through the courts and she ended up wrecking the house which in turn turned into a house that dealt drugs. Tried to complain to the Ombudsman and it turns out he was not registered to any of them. Two laws broken to my knowledge. Had a CCJ upheld against him only for him to have it taken away on the basis he said "I didn't get the paper work". Likely storey. What love I did have for my families first home was destroyed by this person and company. I have now had a number of people contact me asking about me experience with him. Including one he is friends with on social media. Would rather deal with a pirate. Avoid.
9th Jan 2024 (16 weeks ago)Avoid Karl Tatler Bebington, no communication, keep telling you excuses, no answers to phone calls, they don't even know about what they are doing. Every time new person replying your calls and guess what they saying, I am new, not familiar with your case.... asking same question again and again to you. Would you call that " time wasting or unprofessionality" ?

1st Floor Cashs Business Centre,Widdrington Road,Coventry, CV1 4PB(2 reviews)12th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)We gave these agents a try but a waste of time - had no knowledge of the local area and used a remote "viewing agent" to oversee viewings who really didn't know the property and certainly not the area. Communication was all one way - from us and unless we asked we heard nothing. When we did speak it all just seemed like typical "sales patter". We will stick to traditional agents in the future.
16th May 2022 (1 year ago)Booked an appointment to go see a unit we were keen about, 2 other people also took time off work. We arrived onsite to no one to show from legat Owens, and then the landlady arrived to ask us what we were doing as the unit has been rented out for the last 3 months. So thank you legat Owens for completely wasting our time and letting us book time off work for a unit which isn’t for rent.

Communication had to be prompted from the start, no viewings until I suggested changes to the advert, the is no responsibility taken by the staff. They are more happy to ignore your questions and hope you go away. Steer well clear
