10th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Very responsive and helpful, much more so than other letting agents I approached when searching for a property. Letting process quick and reasonably straightforward although the online system sometimes seemed a bit daunting for a non 'techie'. The only aspect of the process that I felt was poor was the handover where I was just asked to attend the office to collect the keys and door code. There are a number of features of the property that I have had to discover myself or by talking to the building caretaker. An accompanied handover on the premises would have made this much easier.

Jack was fantastic throughout the process — always communicating clearly, keeping us updated, and helping to chase things up with the sellers to keep everything moving. Really appreciated his help and would definitely recommend him and the team.
28th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)Husband rang about a rental property as our landlord is selling, said just apply on Rightmove and she'll book us in for a viewing ASAP. He did so got a email back within half an hour saying all viewings where booked up, and they'll be in touch,this happened with 3 different properties, and it certainly wasn't over affordability as we earn offer their targeted yearly income to rent. These properties have also been on a couple of months even reduced so it doesn't make sense. Feel sorry for the landlords paying them to find renters

Katie kept in regular contact with us throughout the whole process and was so helpful, kind and reassuring every step of the way. We felt our property was in the best hands with Katie and never doubted she would find us a buyer. 9th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)Avoid Karl Tatler Bebington, no communication, keep telling you excuses, no answers to phone calls, they don't even know about what they are doing. Every time new person replying your calls and guess what they saying, I am new, not familiar with your case.... asking same question again and again to you. Would you call that " time wasting or unprofessionality" ?

Great service from start to finish - from making an appointment, viewing property to going through the buying process. Highly recommend buying a house from them.

We had a very stressful process with a long chain, but everything was made easier thanks to Sophie. She always pushed for answers when needed and assured everything went smoothly. In both cases, I received excellent service from the team at Constables. I found them to be professional, helpful, friendly and very effective at their job. I would use Constables again without hesitation.

He also understood what we were looking for in a home, and was able to show us a house which had not gone on the market yet - something we really appreciated after going to house viewings with other estate agents that felt very busy and pressured! 16th Sep 2026 (2 days ago)Keir, the Findyoureden represtative ,that visited us was well prepared and very personable young man with all the information regarding the valuation of the house, he explained the process clearly and concisely and left us with all the information to allow us space to make our decision, Once we decided he returned within a week and did all the photographs which were professional and represented our house in its best light. Within hours of it going on sale we had 3 viewings and as we had booked a holiday we left them to do all the viewings while we relaxed on the beach, genius?????? Before the week was out we had had 2 offers and ,after a last and final offer, accepted a very good price, over our expectations, Throughout the process the communication by all the team has been superb. All information and help was given promptly and when I asked for advice I was given clear answers that really helped. I couldn’t give a high enough recommendation of the whole team to a prospective seller. Thankyou you’ve all been brilliant
