1st Nov 2026 (1 day ago)Once I put my property on the market I only received communication from agent to arrange viewings. I did not receive any feedback from the viewings. After the 3rd viewing I rang them for feedback to which they responded that the viewer had not turned up. I could clearly see the viewer and agent entering my property on the security camera. I rang the agent to withdraw my property from the market followed up by an email. At no point did they acknowledge my request by text, email or in writing. I now propose to market with a different agent.
26th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)Great service from the team at BFL. VIewings started as soon as my property went on line and they quickly found a buyer. Even when the chain collapsed they found a new buyer within days and that sale went through to completion. I have to make a special thanks to Amy in the progression team. Throughout the whole process, she kept me informed and was quick to chase up any delays or queries with other estate agents or solicitors. Great service and very reassuring when you feel things aren't going as quickly as you hoped.

I can’t recommend them enough, from the moment Olivia came out to value my property to completion of the sale. Olivia was warm, friendly and honest about my property and explained the process and costs for me to understand. Katie then took over handling the questions and liaising with myself and the buyer always very prompt to respond. The office gives a welcoming, friendly, respectful vibe. A shout out to Danielle from countrywide mortgages who has been superb with helping me and my ongoing purchase.

9th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)Avoid Karl Tatler Bebington, no communication, keep telling you excuses, no answers to phone calls, they don't even know about what they are doing. Every time new person replying your calls and guess what they saying, I am new, not familiar with your case.... asking same question again and again to you. Would you call that " time wasting or unprofessionality" ?

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

I would particularly like to thank Alex, Fran, Kier, Georgie, Molly, Alison, Sharon and Rachael, all of whom played their part in achieving a successful sale.<br><br>The fact that the valuers undertake the viewings was excellent as they could answer prospective buyers questions directly and address any concerns they had.<br><br>After every viewing I received feedback both positive and constructive which was invaluable in understanding what potential buyers really thought of the property.<br><br>The sale completed at full asking price which was a great result.<br><br>As a Chartered Surveyor who deals with estate agents on a daily basis I can honestly say that Find Your Eden are exceptional and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

James is all friendly when it comes to wanting to sell your house and get your money but as soon as the sale has gone through and the buyer has an issue with the house they are no help. They are telling me I am going to court because of a dirty house and I will be paying all of the legal fees because he thinks my house was dirty. The house was not dirty, if the house was not up to the buyers standard then I don't feel I should be paying for the house to be cleaned professionally, that is their opinion and if they want that then they should pay for that. I fell very unfairly treated and being threatened by James and Candor that I am going to court regarding this feels like I am getting bullied into paying for something I don't need to. James and the team will come across all nice and helpful while they want your money but as soon as you are done they won't be all nice and helpful anymore. Do not trust and stay far far away!!

From the beginning Emma was fantastic the sales team were very professional and Helen was brilliant. Everything they said they would do they did and went above and beyond. Communication was clear and everything was handled efficiently. A very positive experience, and I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable property service in Heswall.
