10th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Very responsive and helpful, much more so than other letting agents I approached when searching for a property. Letting process quick and reasonably straightforward although the online system sometimes seemed a bit daunting for a non 'techie'. The only aspect of the process that I felt was poor was the handover where I was just asked to attend the office to collect the keys and door code. There are a number of features of the property that I have had to discover myself or by talking to the building caretaker. An accompanied handover on the premises would have made this much easier.
28th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)Husband rang about a rental property as our landlord is selling, said just apply on Rightmove and she'll book us in for a viewing ASAP. He did so got a email back within half an hour saying all viewings where booked up, and they'll be in touch,this happened with 3 different properties, and it certainly wasn't over affordability as we earn offer their targeted yearly income to rent. These properties have also been on a couple of months even reduced so it doesn't make sense. Feel sorry for the landlords paying them to find renters
27th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)Very impressed with this company, I'd had house up for around 6 months with tatlers and got only a handful of viewings 1st day with Bradshaw Farnham lea they got two viewers and the 1st one bought the house<br>Felt like a very professional company cant recommend them enough

Great service from start to finish - from making an appointment, viewing property to going through the buying process. Highly recommend buying a house from them.

In both cases, I received excellent service from the team at Constables. I found them to be professional, helpful, friendly and very effective at their job. I would use Constables again without hesitation.
19th Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)Storeys met their claims of a quality service, pricing and following through the sales process. Marketing was superb attracting over 26 viewings and many offers.We got feeling that they were a close team from Ian's first visit through each team member to exchange. The property was unusual insofar that it had been in the family for over 100 years and was yet to be on the land registry. It was explained clearly to potential buyers by the team, presented no issues and resulted in quick offers. Storeys are not cheap but showed they can set the value correctly, market, sell quickly and keep on top of conveyancing surpassing poor service seen from a competitor. Dont just go for low fees its service that matters.

This purchase turned into a long and challenging process with delays and complications that were completely outside of his control. Throughout it all, Stevie remained professional, approachable, honest and incredibly supportive. He consistently went above and beyond, keeping us updated, chasing solicitors and ensuring communication continued between all parties. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and despite my many phone calls and messages, he was always patient, reassuring and willing to help. There were times when I genuinely felt like giving up, but Stevie never stopped doing everything he could to keep things moving.
