3rd Apr 2024 (23 days ago)Purchased an office chair recently, came incomplete, missing the whole middle part that puts everything together (see photo). The description did not mention anything about it being incomplete, it just stated "LAZBOY OFFICE CHAIR". The photos did not indicate that there would be missing parts. Now I'm out £168 and pieces of a chair. Please be careful and don't bid to avoid dissapointment and financial burdens.

They explained processes and procedures without 'blinding me with science' and kept in touch to provide up-dates of how things were progressing in the 'chain'. I would definitely recommend Lesley Hooks to anyone looking for a pain-free service when buying or selling.

Rebecca Bates called to give me a valuation, she gave me good sound advice regarding the sale of my property, and wasn’t at all pushy, something I’ve learned to expect from estate agents. I’ve decided to wait until the market improves before I put my property on the market, when I do, I’ll certainly get in touch with Rebecca.

Gives me great concern.- 6th Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)We were extremely impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of Tatlers. They made contact regularly with the executors, both living many miles away. Updates were also detailed and helpful. The only reason for four stars was the road sign was initially hidden in a bush but they did move it to a more prominent position the next day! I would recommend Tatlers for selling a house on the Wirral and am assured that the friendly and polite staff will do their best to secure a quick sale.

Jonathan Harper took direct personal control over the sale and saw it through smoothly from start to finish. This involved a number of additional items such as hiring a skip and arranging clearance of debris. Jonathan provided a superb and prompt service throughout, kept me informed at all stages to keep my mind at rest and achieved a sale at full valuation.
