1st Nov 2026 (0 days ago)Once I put my property on the market I only received communication from agent to arrange viewings. I did not receive any feedback from the viewings. After the 3rd viewing I rang them for feedback to which they responded that the viewer had not turned up. I could clearly see the viewer and agent entering my property on the security camera. I rang the agent to withdraw my property from the market followed up by an email. At no point did they acknowledge my request by text, email or in writing. I now propose to market with a different agent.
27th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Very impressed with this company, I'd had house up for around 6 months with tatlers and got only a handful of viewings 1st day with Bradshaw Farnham lea they got two viewers and the 1st one bought the house<br>Felt like a very professional company cant recommend them enough

You have shown a high standard of professionalism while facing many difficult and complicated situations.<br>Deb in particular has given 100% commitment and has always responded immediately to resolve any problems I may of had.<br>Your communication and transparency has always been clear which has made me feel involved and comfortable in the knowledge knowing we are all in the best of hands.<br>Wishing you all the best and again a massive 5 star thankyou.

The team was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout, with clear communication and a genuine commitment to providing excellent service. I would particularly like to thank Alex, Fran, Kier, Georgie, Molly, Alison, Sharon and Rachael, all of whom played their part in achieving a successful sale.<br><br>The fact that the valuers undertake the viewings was excellent as they could answer prospective buyers questions directly and address any concerns they had.<br><br>After every viewing I received feedback both positive and constructive which was invaluable in understanding what potential buyers really thought of the property.<br><br>The sale completed at full asking price which was a great result.<br><br>As a Chartered Surveyor who deals with estate agents on a daily basis I can honestly say that Find Your Eden are exceptional and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

James is all friendly when it comes to wanting to sell your house and get your money but as soon as the sale has gone through and the buyer has an issue with the house they are no help. They are telling me I am going to court because of a dirty house and I will be paying all of the legal fees because he thinks my house was dirty. The house was not dirty, if the house was not up to the buyers standard then I don't feel I should be paying for the house to be cleaned professionally, that is their opinion and if they want that then they should pay for that. I fell very unfairly treated and being threatened by James and Candor that I am going to court regarding this feels like I am getting bullied into paying for something I don't need to. James and the team will come across all nice and helpful while they want your money but as soon as you are done they won't be all nice and helpful anymore. Do not trust and stay far far away!!

From the beginning Emma was fantastic the sales team were very professional and Helen was brilliant. Everything they said they would do they did and went above and beyond. This purchase turned into a long and challenging process with delays and complications that were completely outside of his control. Throughout it all, Stevie remained professional, approachable, honest and incredibly supportive. He consistently went above and beyond, keeping us updated, chasing solicitors and ensuring communication continued between all parties. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and despite my many phone calls and messages, he was always patient, reassuring and willing to help. There were times when I genuinely felt like giving up, but Stevie never stopped doing everything he could to keep things moving. It was clear that he genuinely cared about helping us reach the finish line, rather than simply completing another sale.
