Always helpful with advice and the property management department are second to none! They always go above and beyond to help and sort issues with a property in perfect time. Zara, who deals with all my queries and completes inspections is very kind, respectful and professional, even my pooch loves her visiting. She’s a credit to Martin and Co. If you’re new to renting or need advice give them a call! They won’t disappoint.

Alex went out of her way to spend additional time with me, ensuring I had everything I needed to pass over to my parents. Alex has since answered all our questions and always been super helpful! Would give 6 stars if I could and would recommend Alex and the BFL team (who are all lovely!) without hesitation. Thank you ????????

We found Lesley Hooks to be really friendly and helpful, always making sure we were up to date with any news they heard and vice versa. They've also been really helpful since we've moved in, replying to our follow-up emails quickly. Would definitely recommend them.

From the moment I met with Claire who valued the house and gave excellent advice, was honest and friendly, I knew I had made the right choice. It could have potentially been a challenging process as I live in a different part of the country, but Jackie and the wider team made the process stress free. Jackie is very professional, knowledgeable, provided support, is incredibly friendly and approachable. Communication was key and I was kept informed at all stages of the sale. I was with another agent for 6 months who told me to lower 50k off market value in order to sell. Bradshaw came in, told me to remain the price as is and they sold it within a few weeks. My only regret is not going with them from the start.
