9th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Generally very good to deal with. Valuation was on the low side. I requested it being marketed higher and received an offer above their valuation quite quickly which Im proceeding with. This was a first time buyer with mortgage in place.

On top of that , they were really personable and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and professional service.
9th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)Exceptional service from start to finish. The team at Bradshaw Farnham & Lea made the entire process feel personal, friendly and professional. A special mention must go to Laura and Kyle, who have been brilliant throughout and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Their communication was outstanding, and they were always on hand to answer questions and provide updates. For every viewing, they were there early, opening up the property, adjusting blinds and ensuring everything was ready before we arrived. They were knowledgeable about the houses we viewed and, if they didn’t know the answer to a question immediately, they always followed up promptly by email or phone. From making our offer through to it being accepted, we felt fully informed and supported. What really stood out was how personal the experience felt. Unlike some of the more transactional experiences we’ve had with other estate agents, Laura, Kyle and the wider team took the time to get to know us and made the whole process much less stressful. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Bradshaw Farnham & Lea again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property. Thank you for making what can be a daunting process such a positive experience.
26th May 2026 (25 days ago)Haven't even viewed the property yet and have already shown red flags, no photos of the home but demands a garantor before you could even want to view. And very rude, no regard for working scheduals for prospective renters, never asked availability before booking in for a viewing sent us an appointment we where unable to do due to work! After telling them this they replied with well this is the only appointment available due to high interest after not contacting us for nearly 2 weeks, extremely unprofessional behaviour and shows red flags in the way they conduct buisness I feel very sorry for the landlord using them, if this is how they are treating prospective tennants already before a viewing can't imagine how they treat them when they sign the tenancy. They don't even end an email with the person your talking too, I'd advise landlords to avoid this company if they want decent renters and want to keep them.

From the first time I booked a viewing (I viewed quite a few, too!) to completion, every person I spoke to was so helpful. Kept informed of everything throughout and nothing was too much trouble. If I ever come to sell in the future, I know where I’ll be coming. Thanks to all the team!

I was kept informed of all stages of the sale process promptly. Would recommend- 30th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)After being with a different estate agent that was not responsive or proactive, shifting to Bradshaw Farnham and Lea to sell our house was the best move we could have made. The entire BFL team were informed, professional and supportive from the outset, and in particular Amy Matson and Tom Boothroyd really helped ease us through the process. Regular updates kept us in the loop, and any questions we had were quickly responded to – removing stress and making the process as hassle free as possible for us. Amy helped follow-up with vendor questions and technical requirements, and the sale was extremely quick and much faster than we were expecting. Overall, I would highly recommend BFL and would definitely use them again in the future.

Great service from start to finish - from making an appointment, viewing property to going through the buying process. Highly recommend buying a house from them.

The experience from Ben initially coming out to price it and then once the offer was accepted, Sophie progressing the sale was fantastic. The whole team were a pleasure to deal with totally professional but also lovely people. Our house was in great hands, thank you all so much I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

8th Feb 2026 (19 weeks ago)Marc Cox was a great choice of estate agent. Competitively priced. He told us exactly what we needed to do. Communication was fast and clear. House went under offer quickly. Would definitely recommend and if we were staying local we would use again.

2nd Jun 2026 (18 days ago)a horrible company to work with. do not go here. useless at picking up phone calls. pass all there work to overseas virtual assistance who help you with nothing. they are a scam company, disorganized, rude and they still haven't refunded payments to me thats owed over 4 months. will take to small claims court if the payments are not cleared within the week of this review. The owner should be ashamed of this set up. I have 120 properties and worked with multiple agents over my businesses and this is by far the worst. they are a joke and i wouldn't be surprised if they didn't have proper compliance and insurance structurer behind there company set up. do not work with them.
