10th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Very responsive and helpful, much more so than other letting agents I approached when searching for a property. Letting process quick and reasonably straightforward although the online system sometimes seemed a bit daunting for a non 'techie'. The only aspect of the process that I felt was poor was the handover where I was just asked to attend the office to collect the keys and door code. There are a number of features of the property that I have had to discover myself or by talking to the building caretaker. An accompanied handover on the premises would have made this much easier.

Apart from that I’ve been very happy with the service so far.- 7th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)Although it didnt sell straight away Katie Clarke from the Neston branch was determined to sell our property. Katie kept in regular contact with us throughout the whole process and was so helpful, kind and reassuring every step of the way. We felt our property was in the best hands with Katie and never doubted she would find us a buyer. I would recommend if going through Clive Watkins you ask to be put in the capable hands of Katie shes a little diamond

9th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)Avoid Karl Tatler Bebington, no communication, keep telling you excuses, no answers to phone calls, they don't even know about what they are doing. Every time new person replying your calls and guess what they saying, I am new, not familiar with your case.... asking same question again and again to you. Would you call that " time wasting or unprofessionality" ?

Great service from start to finish - from making an appointment, viewing property to going through the buying process. Highly recommend buying a house from them.

In both cases, I received excellent service from the team at Constables. I found them to be professional, helpful, friendly and very effective at their job. I would use Constables again without hesitation.
