20th Dec 2023 (22 weeks ago)I have moved house many times in my life but I have to say The Zoe Napier group really are a special group of people and a cut above the rest. I mainly dealt with Greg, who is personable, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They managed to get my house sale through in good time in a very tricky market, well done guys! We were very happy with the service and will not hesitate to recommend them to any of our friends or family.

19th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)It's taken me a couple of weeks to get to write this review but the team at Leavenheath have been fantastic throughout this protracted sale having produced three purchasers over the period. The first was affected by Liz Truss the second someone trying to buy involving Cryptocurrency (you couldn't write it) They stuck with me throughout the whole process and found the third and successful buyer. Availability on the telephone and communication in general was great. They clearly smoothed what would otherwise have been a very bumpy ride in the market we were selling in. Thank you all

19th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)The team were very polite and helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble. My sale was relatively straightforward but had their been issues I'm sure they woukd have been sorted efficiently.
2nd Jun 2023 (11 mo. ago)I was very disappointed with the lack of any interest in my property. I was constantly told that sales in the area were virtually nil, and to reduce the price, this brought no more interest at all to the table. I decided to take my property off the market, at least until my contract time with Chewton rose is up.

He was absolutely brilliant, worked his absolute hardest to complete on both sides during a difficult market situation. Great communication and a very experienced guy. To be honest,I have had dealings with Jackson stops offices in two other completely different areas from Chelmsford,and they have all been so wonderfully helpful and most pleasant staff .. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company,to friends and family
2nd Feb 2024 (15 weeks ago)I really can not fault Exquisite Homes, They did everything perfectly, the brochure for my house was a work of art, it was glossy and made more like a book, in comparison with the tatty photocopied sheets I had from some of the estate agents who were offering houses I was considering buying. Their photographer was amazing and produced fantastic pictures and, it's the pictures that sell the house in the first place. The team who sold my house was amiable and efficient. Even after the sale had been agreed the Exquisite team, chased the solicitors and pushed the sale through, the only thing I had to do was sign the contract. If you do not use Exquisite Homes to sell your home, you only have yourselves to blame.

(2 reviews)5th May 2023 (1 year ago)Very disappointing… they didn’t vet the viewers carefully enough and had a lot of time wasters . Marketing of the property was such that offers were coming in way below what the property was worth. When I asked them to take the property off the market it took them days to take it off Rightmove and they still haven’t been round to collect the For Sale sign or indeed return the spare set of keys we lent them .
